Works great for Bermuda
Works very well with Bermuda grass in the southeast Texas region. I cut my Bermuda at a height of cut (HOC) of 0.500”. This is a good fertilizers that keeps lawn fed and brings out a deep green to my established lawn. Have been complimented many times for my yard and this fertilizers is a regular in the line of products I use for my lawn. I apply once a month.

This is an absolute perfect mix for Bermuda grass in the DFW area. I bought this after reading an article from Texas A&M on Bermuda lawn care. It worked perfectly. My lawn is dark green and thick.

I've been using this fertilizer for a few years because it is 15-5-10 (experts say this is the best NPK ratio for Texas lawns) and because it is slow release. The other big box competitor sells a slow release 15-5-10 bag too, but after reading the specs on bags at Home Depot and competitor, I noticed that Lesco has nearly twice as much of the coated "slow release" nitrogen as the competitor bag, so without doubt, Lesco 15-5-10 is far superior! See attached photo of back of Lesco bag under the "Guaranteed Analysis" section where it references 4.05% "slow release" nitrogen (competitor bag had only 2.3%). Also note bag covers 9500 sq ft.

The Best so Far
I tried milorganite, Scott’s and simple lawn fertilizers. Lesco is by far THE BEST!! Milorganite was a huge let down and simple lawn was decent. I applied it a little heavier than recommended because my yard was a mess.

I have used Lesco Terf fertilizer 15-5-10 for the last 10 years or more and get grear results each year, especially when we get wet spring rains which are hit or miss in North Texas, but when it is applied at the correct time and a wet spring the result are outstanding, I live on an acre without an irrigation an it is sometimes hard to get enough water on the lawn due to water restrictions so that results in a less desirable lawn at times, but not so much to due with the fertilizer but weather/ heat and restrictions on water.

How can I tell you anything about the product? I just bought the product. Fertilizer is applied within some period of time you may be able to see some results.
Not just because you bought the bag home. If you want people to give you true reviews then get your stuff together and quit looking so stupid.

Put on two weeks ago on Texas bermudagrass. So far haven't noticed any difference and many granules still have not dissolved despite two rain showers and two automatic sprinkler days during that time period. I'm assuming it will do some good (might be a bad assumption) but disappointing so far especially after paying a premium price. No better than Scott's product. Will probably not buy Lesco products in the future.

Hi, Thanks so much for choosing LESCO and for submitting your feedback! The granules are not designed to breakdown quickly on purpose. A portion will be dispersed upon first contact with water. However, the major component of the granule will take much longer to fully dissipate. It is normal for the core of the granule to remain visible for some time following the application. If you are not seeing results following your application, it may be signs of an imbalance within the soil that would inhibit nutrient uptake. Like the fertilizer bc it contains iron that greens up the grass and is safe around the gardens. Use it for early spring applications. Unfortunately it was over $1 per pound! $55 for the bag. Shocking!
