Perfect for small loads and to wash something quickly in an emergency. Like the fact it has Smart Diagnosis, but very disappointed it does not alert you when finished through the app. Would give it five stars under features if it had this alert feature.

Been using for a month now, and so happy I bought this as part of our new wash system. Is perfect for smaller batches of fitness clothes that don’t warrant a full load, or to run an extra load while the main machine is being used. Quiet and easy to use. Wish there was a place to store the little blue detergent measurer, as it is too easy too misplace, but that is my only complaint.

I'm now able to wash a smaller load of delicates separate from the large washer; but, wash them at the same time...multi-tasking at it's best!! It's quiet and does a great job gently cleaning.

I bought same month ago and it’s serving great purpose of washing undies of my kids separately and also sometimes I only had to wash 2-3 clothes urgently.

I've only had the sidekick about a week and so far so good! At this point I'm very happy with making the decision of getting this instead the regular base.

Love this mini washer now that I have a baby. I can run his clothes while doing a big load of my own clothes. Saves tons of time when I'm so busy

Product came unusably damaged and was refused. I was told no refund until LG gets it back. It’s still sitting in the shipping company’s warehouse waiting for over a month for LG to get around to getting it.

This is my 3rd sidekick. Moved twice and had to leave both times. Each time the person buying the house insisted. New house so # 3. It is a major time saver, small loads that have to hang to dry can be done at the same time as regular loads. When the kids 1 team stuff has to be washed that night for use again tomorrow, do it in the sidekick and save water and energy. I love this little machine.

This washer and the sidekick washer are very easy to use

MACHINE IS GREAT, HOME DEPOT INSTALL IS A JOKE. NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO INSTALL IT.

It’s great to have for the small load of laundry, I guess. We have paid for the installation for the washer, dryer and pedestals. Home Depot/LG technician messed up the installation of pedestal washer and water leaks every time I run it. Isn’t it the most important part of the installation? Home Depot customer service requires us to flood our laundry room in front of the LG technician if we want them to fix it. They haven’t fixed it yet.

I've only tried it a couple of times, but I love its practicality. I have a lot of delicates and small number of items that I prefer to use this washer for instead of using the main front load washer. No complaints so far.

Bought this to go with my new washer and dryer. I couldn’t be happier!

I learned though very quickly that the idea wasn’t complete because without two dryers they ultimately even if not at once will share a tub again. I’ve only used this five or so total times. I wouldn’t purchase again or recommend. A simple pedestal for storage has more value.

I purchased this extra mini washer as soon as I found out that we were expecting! As a mother of 5, laundry is a battke! This mini master sidekick washer makes life easier.

Wow! Washing 2 loads at once! Wish I had the SideKick when my kids were living at home. As an older parent, I find the SideKick useful to wash extras that I sorted out while putting heavy loads in the washer.

However, after 3 years to my disappointment it stopped working and after two board replacements the repairman found the connections burned which caused both boards to fry. My other concern about the design is the top load machine shock really bad and I called about it many times concerned it could cause damage to the little guy. Sure enough something happened to it. I really like the little washer though.

Loves the custom cycles.Can wash two loads @ once.

the sidekick is great for washing small loads while a large load is running in the main washer. Water removal after spin appears excellent, decreasing drying time. We also purchased the remote control, which is very convenient.

I bought this like a month ago and started using it immediately. It was such a god send to throw in a pair of clothes before we run for a party or wash delicates along with regular wash cycles. My mom even tried the hand wash and she is really happy about it.
