[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an older LG washer with a new one and couldn't be happier. The washer is so quiet you won't know it's on, spin cycle leaves clothes almost dry which means less use of our LG dryer. Will recommend LG to everyone.

I bought this washer a few years ago. I runs and cleans very well. The problem I found and cannot get rid of is mold. I did what the manual says front door was always gatched never closed after using still mold grew. It leaves a nasty smell on clothes. I have used every product I have come across and of course the self cleaning mode. The mold is in the gasket now. Nothing to do but replace the washer which I cannot afford. Replacing the gasket is not much less than replacing the washer.

We received this about a month ago. I love the ThinQ app notifications I am able to receive on my Gear Fit watch. No more guessing if the laundry is done!

Awesome features and I love the fact that it doesn’t use anywhere near the amount of water my old one used to. Only complaint is that the detergent cup stays full of water when the cycle is done. Might be a faulty cup or something.

I had a set of LG's before this that lasted 9 yrs before they died. Had to get some new ones, so got these and DON'T DO IT. The washer bangs and clangs. Can't put in a lg load or it sounds as if it's going to blow up. It is leveled. Have had 3 repair guys here and diagnosis was the tub is hitting brackets on the side. Last repair guy never sent in his report so now it's out of warranty and we are considering new ones after 1 yr. The buttons don't line up with the programs, and I hate that the doors are dark. I have to get a flashlight to see what's going on. Stop redesigning these! It isn't always for the better. The matching dryer rattles and repair guy can't figure it out. I loved the first 2, but will never buy LG again.

And lows it was something wrong with it they had to come and bring me another one. And I'm using hit now but the water still does not drain out like I want it to

Quiet, you just need to watch what setting you put it on or you can be waiting a long time for the washer to finish.

The bearings have gone out on the machine and will cost us up to $700 to repair. It sounds like a very loud prop plane when it goes into the spin cycle. We have had two repair companies come out and they both indicated not worth fixing.

My new LG washer has great features and was a wonderful price. I wished I would have bought it years ago. I love all of the cycles and the ease of use.

The spin cycle on this machine is so loud that I would not recommend buying it. Not only does the whole house shake but it sound like it's banging into a wall or something (it's not though). In hind sight we should have sent it back after the first time we used it but Home Depot is so difficult to deal with when it comes to appliances that we didn't bother

I bought this almost a month ago and it has been a good experience. I had about 22 years with my previous washers and I liked them, I was used to them. Unfortunately, I needed to get a new washer. I bought this washer because it was cheaper. Although I was extremely doubtful of it functionality, it worked well and I was happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought new washer (do not want to list product due to factory defect) and I want to thank Eden, Jerry and the entire staff at Mtn. Home, Ar. Sears store for your superior sales and service. After purchasing a new washing machine that leaked, Eden immediately called repair and then just as fast replaced it with a new identical washing machine, which unfortunately leaked in the exact same spot! Eden stepped up to the plate again and offered a full refund and I upgraded to a LG Turbowash 4.5 Cu. Ft. Model WM3770HVA which is a fantastic machine. I have 2 dogs and it cleaned their mess and left the blankets smelling the freshest I have ever experienced! I also want to mention they delivered and set these up all three times not charging me any extra fees what so ever! Jerry the gentleman that did all three deliveries & setups, was very knowledgeable and a lot of patience because the first washer he deliver, they had to construct clamps to fit my old cabinet drawers. He went above and beyond what was required of him! Again I cannot thank the people at the Sears Hometown Store in Mountain Home, AR for their fantastic sales, service and products! They really do stand behind their products just like in the good ole days!!

Overall is working pretty well. But I don't know why it's a bit noisy at the beginning of every cycles when water is getting into the washer.

I love the washing machine. Cleans clothes well. Spins the clothing well. I am very happy with this machine. I have owned it for about 3 weeks

My old machine sounded like an airplane was taking off and this one can hardly be heard at all! My husband even commented that the laundry looks much cleaner. The wider door opening makes a huge difference. My laundry gets done so much faster because each load has a shorter run time and it holds so much more laundry per load.
