Scratches easily
Used stainless steel cleaner, polisher and a microfiber cloth and it still scratched. 2 weeks after purchasing. What is going on? I want to return this.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased brand new late 2020. I turned the oven on to preheat it and it started sparking. Less than 4 years later the fan has stopped working and the heating elements broke. Literally broke. Expensive purchase to last less than 4 years. I would not recommend this brand.

          Self Clean ruined my oven
          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried using the self clean and now my oven is completely fogged on the inside, and the blue paint peeled off. We love this oven and haven’t even had it a year. I’m so disappointed and don’t know if they cover this under warranty or have new blue interior panel parts to fix it.

                Oven is terrible
                Oven does not heat correctly, service person came out to check it, told us it was a problem with this oven, looking to get it replaced, the warranty company response has been terrible we paid good money time and effort to get this resolved, and nothing yet has been done. Do not buy from Home Depot nor pay for the warranty they will not help you. Guess I’ll have to look some other place, really disappointed with their lack of service. Warranty company and Home Depot… terrible!

                  Clock/oven numbers and cooktop
                  Stay away from LG electric ranges. The cooktop scratches easily, leaves a film under pan after cooking and temp on cooktop after shutting off is dangerously high after warning light goes out. I found out the hard way by getting a severe burn. The number display for the clock/oven temp stopped working after only a few months and is very expensive to replace. MY advice is to stay away from this brand. A total waste of money!

                    The worst warranty service
                    Two weeks after purchase the oven is not heating well and one of the range don’t work. Went to HD and they referred me to manufacturer. I called manufacturer they got me a suppose appointment with a technician for almost 3 weeks from the date of that conversation. The technician should call prior to his visit, this is the fifth day and no phone call. This is very bad and I’m very disappointment with the equipment but also with the customer service of LG. Don’t buy it

                      2 years of use
                      We purchased this item the end of June in 2022. The ultra heat power boil eye has just broken after only two years of steady use. The inner part of the eye will not turn on anymore.

                        Cooktop is horrible
                        A new stove and the cooktop has white shadowing on the burners and it looks terrible. Also, there is no seal on the door and spills go between the glass. Delivery person did not even level the stove. I would never purchase this product again.

                          LG advertise a cleaning process that is false.Cleaning with chemicals,will void the warranty.Sharise from the President’s Office at LG stated to scrub harder.The owner’s manual only offers a repeat of the Easy Clean cycle even in trouble shooting.Service confirmed there is nothing special about the coating or Easy Clean feature.I believed I was purchasing a new and updated self-clean oven.Easy Clean is a marketing ploy.LG continues marketing promises of an unworthy fallacious product.

                                Great features, bad design

HOWEVER, the front stainless steel strip of the range gets so HOT when the oven is on that it is NOT SAFE around children. It will burn them. The vent below that part of the range is what I believe is the issue. Poor design.

                                  The blue enamel paint WILL chip.GLASS in your food
                                  The blue glass enamel in the oven cavity will chip easily. Especially if you use the self clean feature. Once the enamel breaks, the glass chips and powder will end up in your food and do some serious damage. The best part, LG says it's cosmetic and refuse to repair or replace. LG will cause thousands of people to take a trip to the hospital when customers have their insides cut up by glass as a result of their low quality and features they installed in the oven.

                                    This is not a quality stove. It has been repaired 2 times in just over 1 year. The glass door blew out and the LED panel partially went out. The metal is so thin you can seen the spot weld dents in the body. The bottom drawer is barely long enough to store a cookie sheet and you have to store it sideways. The depth the bottom drawer is very shallow. You have to stack your sheets just right to get them to fit or the drawer won’t close. Someetimes if you stack them wrong the drawer gets stuck and won’t open. The display is dim and not backlit. The writing is so small it is hard to see. The “air fry” is a joke. It doesn’t work well at all. It’s a stove and that’s about it, nothing special.

                                    I really wanted the tap on front of glass LG for oven light, but it was out of stock. This is just as good without that feature. The first smell of oven is a little harsh, I left the oven on a while to let it burn off and have not had any issues with smell after. I have not had a chance to discover all the bells and whistles yet, but I have tried the convection (just input normal bake temp and it adjust to Con temp, which equates to 25 degrees less normally), regular bake and air fry with my own pan, the advertised air fry pan is no longer available to purchase but no worries on that. The cooktop well it’s a cook top, it seems to clean a little easier than my previous stove which is great but it seems manufacturers could come up with a better cooktop as it doesn’t look as great after you cook on it but not to bad so far. The 4 burners and the warm zone work very well. Overall I am glad I purchased this stove. I have had this stove for about 25 days.

                                    First time of self clean was so hot that just putting water on the top it would boil the owners manual, it is normal that they’re supposed to be hot on the outside now I can’t use self cleaning option for fear of cracking my countertops or melting the backsplash behind that plus the possibility of burning my son even using the oven itself gets hot on the outside which I’ve never experienced with any other manufacturer would not recommend this product due to the safety and price

                                      Beware!
                                      The first time my husband used our new LG Range the pot of pasta he was cooking boiled over. That happens sometimes; it's not uncommon. He immediately moved the pot off the stove. Nevertheless the result was a 5"x 2" white ring around the front left burner. We've tried everything to restore it, but the black surface is ruined. Do not buy this range! It is very poor quality

I cook a lot and bake and only problem I’ve had is incorrect oven temperature. I would think temperature would be calibrated that I shouldn’t have to adjust that . And oven light when I turn it on I want it on so at a glance I can see status of what’s baking , bad feature it only stays on for a bit and you have to turn back on every time to look in .

                                          We've been using this for a couple weeks now. I didn't even know it was convection! I love that feature. My old stove took like 20 minutes to preheat, this thing is so fast about 3 minutes. I haven't tried the airfryer yet. Burners are hot and boil water so quickly.
