        Very pleased
        We purchased this about 2 months ago and my wife and I both really like it. It has several preset heating options that work very well. It’s much larger inside than previous microwaves that I’ve owned, often allowing 2 things to be heated at the same time. It looks really good as well.

          Added good feature but hard to use at the beginnin
          Hard to use at the beginning because of the non intuitive design. The mechanical kid lock is inconvenient to use for us having a trim kit around the microwave. We had to squeeze finger into the gap and bend joint in the gap. The electronic lock is also hard to use as you hold same button to lock and unlock and have to tell the difference by the sound. We like the discontinued counter model better as the design was cleaner.

            POOR QUALITY

              Don't bother with this
              Bought this May 2021. Broken by Feb 2024 (see pictures for details). Checked the reviews here and decided to contact LG Support. Waste of time - they will ask you a bunch of questions and eventually tell you your unit is no longer under warranty, despite 10-year magnetron warranty. Told us that we need to hire a technician to diagnose the problem, which would end up costing close to, if not more than a brand new unit.

                  Super solid, easy to use large size microwave oven. This is the second LF Microwave oven I have purchased in the last ten years. First one has lasted ten years so far in our other house. I has a large simple to use keypad and display. it is super easy to use. Our seven your old granddaughter uses it with ease, It work very consistently in all modes. We use it mostly for reheating and thawing. It works fantastic. The large size allows you to place a large bowl or pan into the oven for reheating. Would definitely buy another one next time I need one.

                  I’ve gone through 2 of these in 2 years. They seem to have a one year expiration then they start sparking from an internal panel. Called LG but that was useless, I’m glad my daughter noticed and was quick to stop it once it started sparking. Stay clear!

                    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poor quality. Ours is two years old and the button to open the door broke off. It's made of very cheap small plastic clips holding it. You don't have to be a mechanical engineer to see that it is another product made for the landfill. LG was supposed to be rescuing their reputation but I guess not.

                      Open button broken
                      I bought this microwave in 2018, the open button broken recently. I really don't know how to fix that and I have to get a new one instead.

                        Never seen a Microwave rust internally as this one. You think they would do something about it. I called the number given to other rusting (LG customer support) and was told out of luck because over a year old. BTW it is recommended to get new if your micro rusts for safety and health risks. Bye LG. Trust me, these photos are not food. Everyone is rust. I think I should have done something sooner. I am shopping for major appliances as this time too. My LG fridge is going too. No Lg's ever again!

                          Very disappointed. Failed right at 1 year.
                          Purchased 14 months ago. Over the past 2-3 months a strange noise occured maybe 3 or 4 times. Once the unit was stopped it seemed to work fine for 3-4 weeks. Turns out magnetron was dying. 10 year warranty? Warranty labor and inconvenience would cost more than buying a new unit. Thought I would get better service from LG. Lesson learned.

                            Not the usual LG quality

                              I bought this microwave just over a month ago. It is working great! I really love that the settings for various heating (defrost, cooking and reheat) are listed right on the microwave when you open the door. No looking back at the manual when you have something you haven't done in a while. The gray inside is also very impressive. It's like looking into a stressless room. The outside controls are easy to use as well!

All the kitchen appliances were new including the LG LMC2075ST. No complaints until few weeks ago. It stopped working. We thought it was a tripped breaker. Flipped the breaker and power was restored to the microwave, temporarily. The moment you hit ‘start’ it shorts out and trips the breaker again. Replaced the breaker still happened. Plugged microwave into another outlet. Still shorts out. Disappointed that this LG product has a shelf life of about 3 years. Now looking to have to replace.

Have had electrician check breaker and plug and all getting power. So disappointed since it was recommended by several people. I’m hoping you might have insight as to why it would have stopped working. And with service call and possibly parts it’s hardly work fixing.

                                      Looks nice, cooks fairly well, I like the extra room to put big plate’s inside. I must say the door hinge and the push button to open the door are not made of quality product it lasted about 3 months before it started coming loose bye the 4 month the button had came out of it’s socket the spring is not centered in the middle and it doesn’t have bracket holding the push button in place so with out the button the door doesn’t stay shut doesn’t lock the door so you can press start on the control panel to make it operate no button can’t make it start

                                      Display stopped after 4 years
                                      This LG microwave worked fine for 4 years with light usage - but now the display is failing to fully show all digits - ( for example the 8 looks like a 4) so clearly the display board is failing. I called LG customer service and they were horrible - I sen them a photo of the the problem and they still did not understand what was wrong. Hey LG please step up and fix this - and I will reconsider my 1 star review.

                                        Looks great, but has some major problems
                                        Had this microwave a little more than a year. The button to open and close the door has plastic pieces that hold it together and break way to easily! The clock/timer light display randomly goes out in parts of the numbers. Another huge issue with this is that it interferes with the wi-fi router big time. Whole lot of issues that has me looking for a new microwave and it most likely won't be an LG. Sad because my other kitchen appliances are LG black stainless. This review also wouldn't let me leave photos of the issues.

                                          The microwave looks good and heats well enough but the door opener/button broke after 13 months of light use and we haven’t been able to find any replacement part. Will stick to GE or Whirlpool. Very disappointed.
