This is a my favorite microwave by far! It heats the food through and keeps a consistent power throughout the cooking process.

This NEOCHEF 1.5 CU. FT. CounterTop Microwave In Black Stainless Steel is AWESOME ! Not only does it look very nice, but it really has some good features. As you can see by my pictures, it has an LED light, and is bright enough for inside. I do however, wished LG would have made their control buttons light up as well. That is why the FEATURES is rated a "4". The Control buttons are actually out of site, when door is closed, pretty neat thinking for keeping kids from playing with the buttons !!! This microwave does have plenty of power, gets ingredients hot quickly, as you can see the steam in the heated cup of water for only 50 seconds ! Also plays a tune when you turn on, and when it shuts off. Overall, a great microwave !

A quality microwave at an affordable cost, I love the black stainless steel it's a great addition to your kitchen or break room it has many easy to use soft touch features to make it operating a sinch, it’s very quiet considering the noise some microwaves can make . This unit is 1.5 cubic ft. It’s the perfect size for the average families. I definitely recommend this product and enjoy using it

The glass plate cracked after 4 months. We can't find a replacement that fits it anywhere. It's also very hard to see the dials on the outside. Returning.

We upgraded from Panasonic Costco unit (1.2 Cu, 1200 Watts) to LG (2.0 Cu, 1200 Watts). I have been using the product for a year and very happy with it. LG has LED lights and easy to clean the mess. Lights turn on when you open the door or while in use. (I believe they have some antibacterial coating as well). Both microwaves have inverter technology, but I found LG’s defrosting and warming more even. I haven’t tried cooking mode yet. Turntable is more stable than Panasonic, at least it feels so. Despite the size 2.0 vs 1.2 and the same power input, LG does the job little faster. LG’s look very stylish/sexy. LG is moderate noisy (not harsh) and has pleasant welcoming beep. LG is huge, for comparison I put inside 6 Qt Inner Cooking pot (Instant Pot) – see pic. I have been using LG products for many years and they have very good warranty service/support in case anything happens to the product, so far it’s been great microwave.

Beautiful appearance. Slick and easy to operate. Great fit for my small microwave wall box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG has been my favorite brand for quite a few years. I purchased this updated LG microwave about three weeks ago and I am extremely satisfied. I like the different melodies for the different settings at the end of the cooking cycle. Also, I like the bright light inside of the microwave and the coating that is easy to clean, and that you don't have to use a lot of buttons to get the same results as I did from my older LG microwave.

This microwave is a real modern electronic, well, coming from LG you know what to expect!!! for the price ($125.00) that "The Home Depot" has it, it is worthy to buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A couple weeks after purchase it keeps giving a F3 Code. At first it would clear out. Then the Key pad would not work and I couldn't clear out the code anymore. So I have to start unplugging it. That didn't work. When you plug back in the microwave the code is still there. I had it unplugged for over 12 hours and it still had the F3 CODE. I am completely unsatisfied!!!!!

I looked at a lot of microwaves before buying this one. This is an excellent product with very good features. It is solidly built and very attractive as well as functional. My caveats that keep this from getting 5 stars: The add 30 function is neat and we use it a lot but you can also accidentally turn on the microwave with nothing in it. The sensor and defrost functionality will take some getting used to. My first trials on both functionalities did not turn out exactly the way I wanted but that may be learning curve as well.

This microwave was a happy accident. Our microwave gave out, and we just needed to get anything because we use the microwave a lot. We don't have a lot of selection for appliances where we live, so we went to Home Depot without any expectations. Ideally, we'd be able to get something that would fit well enough in the existing built-in space. At the store, it looked like they had received these fairly recently since one wasn't on display. The boxes were on an upper shelf, and we needed help getting one down. We checked the specs, and it looked like this would just about fit. When we got it home, we not only discovered that it fit perfectly, but that it was also rated very highly. It's more capability than we need, but it's good to know that they're available if we need them. If we're to nitpick, we'd agree that the tone signaling when it's done could be louder. But other than that, it's a perfect replacement for the one that went out, and even an upgrade.

I love the inverter technology! I don't get splatters anymore! Interior lights when opening door and during operation and when you forget to close the door, the light turns off after some time period lapses. Very handsome design too. Neat slider can go up by as little as 10 seconds. Very stable glass turntable and easy clean interior but it doesn't need much cleaning! I am so glad I did my homework and found this microwave on sale at Home Depot!

June 2018: The microwave is light weight with a solid sound when you close the door and easy to operate. Has the quality many are lacking at a great price. Nice cheery tune when time is up. We are renovating our kitchen and the large microwave had to go. At first we ordered a KitchenAid, but after two were sent back because they were dented, decided we didn't need to spend big bucks to get quality. The old one was an LG and we loved it so decided to stay with LG. Wise decision! One thing to note is the turntable is not recessed like our first one. However, it takes only a short time to get used to it. If you do not want convection or broiler features, this is the one to get!

Cooks good without drying it out and cooks all the way thru.

Works great, looks great, matches our LG appliances we bought. Very happy with LG quality. Best price at home depot.

So far I like this microwave, except that they tout having six wheels for the turntable when there is actually only three. No big deal I guess, but I don’t get it, why would they blatenly lie about this product like that?

I recently renovated the kitchen in my condo and replaced the “over the range” microwave, that was previously installed, with a modern range hood. I needed a small microwave that had a small foot print to fit on one of my counter tops. Enter this LG microwave. It’s the perfect size for warming things up. A large dinner plate fits on the turn table without a problem. This microwave looks like it belongs in my new, modern kitchen. I’m very happy with the way it looks on my counter and it’s performance. It warms items up perfectly...no cold spots in the center. It plays a nice tune when the cycle completes instead of annoying beeps. I’d definitely purchase this item again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few weeks ago, quite the upgrade from my 32 year old unit (no joke) that died. Very nice to have a turntable that is very stable and keeps the glass plate from wobbling. The large interior with rounded corners is a nice touch, allows for 9 x 12 casserole dish to fit with ease. The unit is fairly light weight considering it's size and is easy to lift. On a negative note, do to the lightness of this unit it has a tendency to slide around on the counter, would be nice if the feet came with rubber pads. Also, the touch pad tends to be a little unforgiving, have to hit the buttons exactly in the center. All and all, a great product and well designed.

Sleek and efficient. the replacement for a twelve year old microwave. I really like the fact the controls are behind the door, it has a clean uncluttered look.

Very large countertop microwave. It is very powerful, easy to operate, sleek, sexy (yes, i said "sexy") and modern. I couldnt imagine anything better unless it was self loading and self cleaning.

We replaced our over-the-range microwave with a "real" hood with this tiny microwave are are very happy. It is about the same power as the old one and performs all the tasks that we need for a microwave. It is smaller but so far that hasn't been a problem. It even has a melodic "I'm finished" tone that is pleasant. Not disappointed at all.

AMAZING! We love it so much. Exactly what we were wanting and the no buttons on the screen gives the microwave a very "up to date" look.

Excellent design features are 'touch-sensitive' keypad, bright lighting, and cooking/reheating programs. 1) Chamber accommodates large casserole dishes, and turntable rests on a well-designed support. Unlike other microwaves, a central peg of the turntable docks into a port making its centering a non-issue, and the 6-points of contact prevent misplaced vessels from tipping the glass turntable. 2) Cooking and reheating programs are well designed, and the sensor heating settings make it easy to reheat a cup of tea, or lunch/dinner. Not having to set time for this feature is a great design. Just press 1 button to reheat a cup of coffee, a bowl of soup or a few slices of pizza; leaves the guesswork out and does not overheat. We do not use this for cooking dishes, but the sensor cooking feature has made it easy to cook-up a few potatoes. 3) The LED lights are bright. However, their location is perhaps the only thing that I would 'tweak'; consider placing a second set of lights on the left so the light is not obscured when placing hands inside to retrieve dishes, or place the LED lights on the back panel, so that they light the entire chamber uniformly. 4) The tune at the end of a cooking/heating cycle is a nice touch; I prefer it to the loud ring in other microwaves. 5) There is one issue I have always had with microwaves (not this model-but all); why do the doors always open to the left. Is it not possible to attach it to the bottom so that it opens like a toaster-oven. This would allow its placement on a counter to be more flexible. Perhaps, this feature is not possible, but if it were-would be worthy of consideration. Overall, a well-designed microwave with a number of excellent and useful features. Seems to be well built. I cannot comment on how well this unit will hold up over time, but our other LG appliances (Range, DW, Refrigerator, and WD) have held up very well over the last 5 years.
