The delivery was horrible. The product is good but even though it has a 500 day no sand warranty after 200 days in Mississippi it’s starting g to delaminate

Install extremely easy

Very dense sub-floor. Appears to be quality made and compares well to the name brand.

Quality, no rough edges, smooth surface

Good solid board, true to size, time will tell how good it holds up

Solid T&G subfloor. Used in bathroom remodel. Would use again, worth the extra $ for a small project install it and forget it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Building a small home for my daughter and I in Oregon and while one part of our home will be made with a shipping container I am adding a wood build portion as well. 10x20 with 2x6 floor joists sistered every 8 ft for additional support. This floor laid down great and due to the amount of rain we get it's been wonderful with the moisture. Here's to a forever home for me and my girl!! Thanks LP for helping us. Looking forward to more biz in the near future.
