A little hard to program, but once I read it...
A little hard to program, but once I read it twice it was good to go and working as expected since then. Old Alexa driven switch was intermittently problematic. This has not skipped a beat. Good solution.

Leviton regrets your dissatisfaction. We manufacture wallplates from a variety of plastics. Rigid compression molded wallplates are very sturdy but may crack if the mounting screws are excessively tightened. We would like to send you a replacement.
