I tried two other different hinges before I decided on this one. I was trying to find a hinge that was identical to the ones that I was replacing, but with a different finish to complement my new stainless steel appliances. This hinge fit the bill! I will be ordering more. I ordered a few initially to see how it would work out.

This product is one that is very comparable with most hinges on the market. I like the finish, attractive. It is an easy hinge to install and functions as it should. I don't know that this is a product I would go looking for in the hardware store as there are so many similar products available. I would say that this is just a tough product to be very competitive with.

One of the bullet points in the description is “Decorative hinge with variable overlay” and I wasn’t sure what that meant. This could be useful if you’re looking for a particular type of hinge. Variable Overlay means the cabinet door does not have to overlap the frame by a set dimension, so you have a bit more flexibility on the installation. The price is good, I like the finish and it was easy to install. I used it on a new installation so there were no issues with existing holes, etc.

This is a simple, affordable easy to install hinge. I have used this style hinge on cabinet doors and they work very well. This hinge is installed with the flat square section on the inside of the cabinet door so the only part that you see is the side with (2) mounting holes and the moving part of the hinge itself. All that is required to install this is a drill & screw driver.

Excellent quality hinge that is highly polished; beautifully finished. However, the supplied screws seems a bit whimpy limiting the application. Understand that this is intended for certain type usage and the supplied screws may be sufficient, but as a DIYer, I usually try to ensure more than needed because it's easier to do it right the first time and not have to deal with fixing it later.

These fit EXACTLY over the old 1960's hinges for the kitchen cabinets!!! What a Find! So you don't have to drill new holes. Makes the remodelled kitchen look So. Much. Better. I had the original cabinet doors painted (sand and semi-gloss spray paint like 3 times). Adding both new handles (much easier to cover over the old ones, by using long modern satin nickel handles) and brand new satin nickel hinges made the cabinets appear like new.

I used these hinges to hang new doors on existing cabinet frames. They worked well and installed easily. To avoid binding, you need to add a touch of space between the hinge and the surface it is being attached to. Otherwise, prepare to buy latches.

Not what I expected. The photos on your site did not give me all the views I need to see what the product really was.

I've just installed these hinges on my kitchen cabinets. I am doing a inexpensive kitchen remodel and that included refinishing the cabinets and changing out the hardware. The only trouble with the hinges is that some of the cabinet doors don't seem to close all the way, but I'm guessing that's because they are springless so there is no tension in the hinge. I found the lower priced spring loaded ones to be stiff so I went with this option. Not the end of the world in my opinion, but something to think about before purchasing.
