The oak tree soil compartment was a little damaged upon delivery and it may have impacted the trees growth. Is there a way to get a new one sent to a store (zip code -30078) near me for pick up ?

This tree is a SURVIVOR. the instructions online were completely wrong and killed every tree we received except the live oak. Live potted trees are not bare root and should not be treated the same. Somehow these oaks still survived.

My tree came yesterday. I was surprised to see a very different tree from what was in the picture...
My tree came yesterday. I was surprised to see a very different tree from what was in the picture. The leaves are VERY different. I was expecting to get what is pictured on the website. I’m not very pleased with this purchase. I will contact customer service and see what they’ll say.

Was a beautiful little tree when it arrived but even after following all planting and watering instructions it died within 48 hours. Suppose it was greenhouse grown and couldn’t take the shock of outside environment, heat wind, etc. it was returned for refund.
