This tree is a SURVIVOR. the instructions online were completely wrong and killed every tree we received except the live oak. Live potted trees are not bare root and should not be treated the same. Somehow these oaks still survived.

My tree came yesterday. I was surprised to see a very different tree from what was in the picture. The leaves are VERY different. I was expecting to get what is pictured on the website. I’m not very pleased with this purchase. I will contact customer service and see what they’ll say.

Tree was a fraction of the size represented in the photo (like 1/5th) - very little growth. Was anticipating something more representative of the photo. Packaging / delivery was great.
