We are sorry that one of the mattresses arrived with a hole in it and that it is only 7.5-inches thick.
Was there any damage to the box of the mattress when you received it? All our products go through a quality inspection before they are sent out, but if the package is not handled with care while it is being shipped, the mattress can get damaged. However, please know that we are always here to help.
Additionally, could you tell us how long the mattresses have been out of the packaging? Have they finished expanding since you posted this review? Please know that it can take up to 48-hours for the mattress to fully and evenly expand. If the mattress does not measure 10-inches after 48-hours, then we will make it right for you.
