Doesn’t expand fully more than 72 hours
I waited for more than 72 hours to fully expand.It is still uneven and middle of mattress looks like a deep and wide puddle. Also Bottom of mattress is crooked.

Comfortable, but
We bought a king Firm gel memory foam mattress just about a month ago. We were excited try something new. Packaging was ok , easy to open . We waited a little over 60 hrs to sleep on it. It did NOT rise to 10 inches. So we were a little disappointed. The first night was a little rough . Woke up with back pain. Took us about 3 day for our bodies to adjust to the new bed. If I would've known that the bed was gonna be 8 to 9 inches we would have bought the 12in and maybe one thats not so firm.

The thickness was actually only 7.5" not 10' as listed
I bought two Lucid Twin 10" Gel Memory Foam Mattresses from Home Depot Decor.
I received these 2 mattresses yesterday and got some issues.
1. One of mattress had a hole and exposed foam out shown picture 1 below
2. The thickness of two mattresses is 7.5" not 10" as listed. See attachments
3. There're no instruction inside boxes.
I sent email to Lucid yesterday and I have not received any response from them.

Was there any damage to the box of the mattress when you received it? All our products go through a quality inspection before they are sent out, but if the package is not handled with care while it is being shipped, the mattress can get damaged. However, please know that we are always here to help.
Additionally, could you tell us how long the mattresses have been out of the packaging? Have they finished expanding since you posted this review? Exactly as described. Firm yet nice soft top. Definitely 10 inches thick! Opened with included safe cutting tool, left on floor for 24 hrs., mattress expanded to full thickness. Placed on platform, also purchased at Home Depot, comfortable first night. Like the ease of purchasing and set-up. Highly recommend this Lucid Memory Foam mattress from Home Depot that met expectations. Quick delivery and 180 day return policy to any store are reasons for purchasing from Home Depot. Very satisfied after two months of sleeping, and napping on our second mattress from Home Depot, first was great too!

Good mattress for the price, but....
I got this and was very excited. I got the queen plush 12 in. I have had it about 2 months.
I am by myself and usually sleep on one side.
At first it was amazing. But I have now noticed there is an indentation where I lay. So I do think it ends up giving me a lot of support.
When I first got it I did not move. I know because my dog sleeps with me and she gets up or moves when I do. And she slept the whole night.
Now she is up.
I still like the mattress and I have heard that you just have to rotate it.
But I would not think that would be needed after only 2 months.
I am a very large person so this might be the issue.

This is my first memory foam mattress so I wasn't sure what to expect, I have had this a couple weeks now and am trying to find something wrong with it, and I have no complaints. It's hard to buy something on line site unseen, but it did have good reviews.
Easy to unpack, no smell at all. Mattress is firm, but once you lay on it, it just cradles your whole
body, my back no longer hurts. I am very surprised at myself that I really like this, but am very happy with this mattress.

Not 10", doesn't unfurl evenly
I read the reviews that said "give it 24 hours to unfurl", but still, the bed is, at its thickest 8", ant 6" in the corners. Looks horrid and warped.

We bought Lucid mattresses before and from the box, packaging, the mattress itself down to the little knife they include to cut the plastic bag, ALL has the Lucid logo on it. The one that we received, no branding anywhere.

Bed came compressed in a box making bringing into out units a breeze. It even comes with its own protective cutter for taking the plastic off. Note, it does take 48 hours to completely decompress. The material is soft, and should feel comfortable under sheets. It's firm, but has a soft touch to the top of it. We used these in one of our furnished rental units. We've used others, but this was the first time we were able to get 10" of foam including a cooling foam for such a discount! Note, we don't use box springs, just slated platform beds, and add a thin sheet of board (underlayment or luon.) to avoid the foam sinking through the open slats. Highly recommended.

In the paper work states not to lay on it for 48 hrs. which we didnt, but my mattress measures 9.25 inches. Then again for the price I paid it's a good mattress. My boyfriend likes it too. I was so excited to get this Lucid 14" memory foam mattress!I really liked that the mattress was in a box that could easily be transported. First night of sleeping on it was wonderful, it's just the right amount of firmness, and softness!! I noticed Instantly that the mattress formed to my body making it super comfortable. I also loved the fact that I didn't feel my husband moving around in bed. I think this is because of how thick the memory foam is, and it contouring so well to my body. The top layer of the bed is bamboo memory foam which helps to keep the mattress cool. This bed has made sleeping so much more enjoyable, definitely surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend this bed to anyone, I love it! I received this bed for free, for my honest and own opinions of it.

The greatest problem with rating a product is that companies like Home Depot (basically all modern day corporations) start hounding a purchaser (me) for a rating before there has been sufficient time to experience the product. Most people would just rate it, but not me. That little tracking device that you have learned to call a phone is not part of my brain and I do not instantly respond to it or rating requests until I've had some experience and time to form an opinion. Call me old fashioned, but I always thought I'd watch the grass grow from a chair on the porch, instead I'm bombarded with Corporate America's propaganda, likely just before the bomb start flying.

I went with the medium after reading a review that firm was “like a rock”. I regret that because Medium was too soft (for me) so I returned it. It expanded within minutes though. The box was intact on arrival.

Worst mattress
When I purchased my mattress I was pleased. Little did I know it would not hold up for even two years. My mattress is about three years old. It sits on an adjustable frame. The corners have never stayed down. And my mattress sinks in the middle. I thought my warranty would take care of this. But I sadly have ten year warranty of nothing. I am 72, my arthritis has handicapped me and I live on a fixed income. I would never recommend this brand of mattress.

Although I wouldn't call this mattress plush, it's exactly what I needed. I lost a bit of weight around the middle this year and needed softer support as a side sleeper with newly curvier hips. My previous mattress was excruciating on my hips and had created sciatica pain. After almost a month of sleeping on this mattress, I can say the pain has eased 80%.
As far as delivery, it was fast and smooth. The shipping box was in crummy shape, but the mattress was packed securely inside. It would be nearly impossible to be damaged in shipping, anyway :)
The mattress fully expanded within about six to eight hours without defect, so I was able to sleep comfortably on it the first night.
