TLDR: Started by looking at more feature-packed dimmers but this ELV dimmer is almost universally tested/approved for use with various manufacturers’ integrated LED fixtures. All my paddles match perfectly and no flicker or buzz from the lights. Nothing fancy but consistent look and high quality feel (good weighty paddle “snap” and smooth dimmer slider) were more important for me than those extra features. No regrets

Identified to work with Maxim LED under cabinet lighting. Works as described- no low voltage flickering. and dims well without issue. A bit pricier than other simple dimmer switches that may suffer from 'ghost flickering' (requiring a low voltage capable dimmer). Is sofly illuminated for easy access in the dark. Note that a white (neutral) wire must be present in your receptacle.

Lutron has some beautiful, modern looking dimmers with some very attractive features. This is not one of them. The dimmer slider on the right side is functional but basic. It has an indicator light that gives off a faint orangish glow at night when the dimmer is off rather than the dim green bank of tiny LEDs or the high-tech white of the Caseta. However, this is one of a very few dimmers that work with Toggled dimmable LED tubes without flickering or humming or failing. It requires a neutral wire and costs nearly twice as much as the fancier models, but it does work. It's a pity that neither Lutron nor Toggled is working for better compatibility with their products.

We're sorry to hear about your experience with our Diva dimmer not dimming your LEDs very far. The DVELV-303P is rated only for Electronic Low Voltage loads, so performance issues such as the poor dimming and buzzing can occur when using LEDs. Your fixture may require an electronic low voltage (ELV) dimmer which this would then be the correct dimmer. The dimming range for LEDs varies from bulb to bulb depending on the bulb's design. We suggest making sure your dimmable LED has been tested and approved by Lutron. We have a mobile-friendly web tool to help you select bulbs that perform well with Lutron dimmers. To use the tool please visit lutron.com/ledfinder. If we have not tested your fixture, then we would suggest contacting the manufacturer to see if they have a recommended dimmer for increased performance.

The equivalent device in an LED rated version would be a DVRP-253P. If LED compatibility issues develop using that device may be a possible solution although it cannot be guaranteed.

I'm honestly not happy that I had to spend this...
I'm honestly not happy that I had to spend this much money on a dimmer but I guess in the end I still saved some money over buying more expensive LED retrofit lights. I am running Hyperikon 4000K in my kitchen and they did not dim well with my other dimmers. This dimmer resolved my issue.

The normal (less expensive) dimmer caused my low voltage lights...
The normal (less expensive) dimmer caused my low voltage lights to flicker when dimmed. This dimmer took care of the problem and the three lights now go from bright to very dim.

I had no past experience with ELV dimmers and was not aware (and label info with product did not ...
I had no past experience with ELV dimmers and was not aware (and label info with product did not clarify) that these dimmers differ such that they need to be paired to the fixtures they control to work properly and cannot be just blindly installed where needed. This dimmer would not work with my lighting (stroblight effect occurred) and had to be returned.

Good product for special lighting in my kitchen. Needed it for the strip lights that are under my counter. The lights wouldn't adapt well to a regular dimmer. Glad this exists!
