Used on a sailboat for cockpit lockers. Sticky, and seals weal. Material has a nice feel to the touch and is firm enough that there is no over compression of the seal when I sit on the locker lid.

You have to weather strip your house and this is how you do it. Otherwise your hot air leaves when it's cold and your cold air leaves when it's hot!
