Be careful to read ALL the specs and know what electric needs upgrade. The ECO110 needs 6 AWG wire. That requires a 150 amp circuit breaker box. Most apartments don't feed that much electricity.

Small but works better than expected

works great it is more than enough for the size of my little house that i rent out renter is pleased with plenty of hot water

Returned the prodcut after its first trial run. Even at its hottest setting the water was warm but not hot. I could not have shaved using that water never mind showered.

Only get warm water when taking a shower.

The Marey 14.63kW 3.5 GPM Certified 223 Volt Self Modulating Multiple Points of Use Tankless Electric Water Heater works perfectly in my home. I have one shower, two sinks and live alone. So only one is being used at a time. It has never failed to supply HOT water that I wanted! I am very pleased with it so far. It has been installed two weeks ago.It really has exceeded my expectations of how it would work! I recommend this heater with any one with similar needs as mine!

Not enough flow or even one faucet. Then goes hot, then cold, over and over.

Love this water heater. It’s compact and heats water great for a bathroom. Home Depot shipped it right to my door.

Great unit be sure to check what you need in ways of flow. Works great for the shower as long as nobody uses a sink. Happy with it

This is my second unit, had a "handyman" install this first & wasn't able to replace intake screen, mineral build up ruining the unit. I myself replaced with the same unit where I can easily replace the intake filter and expect to get more life out of new one. Other than that I am very satisfied!

Great product! Immediate hot water is nice to have.

Very difficult to install. Had to purchase multiple items to complete install including wiring plug, retro fit kit for plumbing, etc. idk how well it works, still waiting on plumber to complete install.

We have two of these great units.The first was installed in the laundry room. I was so pleased with the performance and energy savings, my husband had another installed in my art studio. It takes only about 15 seconds to get hot water to the sink, which is less time than it took our old 20 gallon .

Not fast enough.
