Was very nice when first hung. The finish outside has peeled in one season. Now it is leaking with the rain. Just cleaned up a pool of water on the wood floor.

Excellent pre-hung door. Recommend using a contractor to install it so it is all square. Staining before install was very easy, doors a very solid.

The doors worked as advertised, install went as planned no issues.

I bought this product from Home Depot online and elected to pick it up at the store to save on shipping costs. Very tricky to get from the store to my home 20 miles away. It requires more than one person to move as it is packaged fairly well from shipping and very ackward! After getting it unwrapped found some kinda minor flaws/ imperfections(ball and catch miss aligned, doors were not milled square) as to be expected per the price I guess( $570 vs $1500-$2k at other stores)! All and all think its an “OK” product but probably priced for what you get. Cheap for a DIY’er

Shipping was very poor. It took 5 days to travel from Ohio to Philadelphia. However it took 2 weeks to make the last leg which is a 45 minute drive. The doors are made in Brazil & are good quality. But the door is assembled in Ohio. The hinges were not cut correctly. As a result the doors didn’t lineup correctly. I needed to go to the work to correct this. Once finally hung it looks great.

The door was exactly what we wanted. It was in great condition and the delivery people were helpful in putting it on my porch.

They look good, but have not been installed yet.

The jamb on the door was delaminating on both sides. I had to cut out a layer, put wood filler and sand it down. Added about 4 hours of extra work

We are very happy with the doors. We used them for the master closet and they look great!

hinge lications as far as precise locations are off which makes the doors close unevenly. other than that, they're what you would expect.

Heavy and a bit unwieldy to install, but a really nice door.

Compared to similar products, this prehung door lacked the quality of others in my experience. The doors were not fully squared in the frame. Some minor splintering. There should also be a choice of hinges and glass molding--had to separately purchase and install antique brass hinges and door stop molding to match that of other doors in the house. This door, however, was the lowest priced.

the packaging was damaged, but the french door was fine.
