I have not even installed this yet. Look at the photos, I bought 4 different Brushed Nickel pieces from Moen and all of them are different shades and don't match, even 2 toilet handles of the exact same product don't match. It's probably some china made stuff.
I'm literally color blind and I can tell the difference....
The product overall doesn't seem that bad though, but I would assume a lot of people would want to know that Brushed Nickel, doesn't necessarily mean the SAME SHADE of Brushed Nickel from MOEN.....when it comes to ANY of their products, even the same exact products can have different shades....

This is not a product review this is a Home Depot review. This is not a purchase I made. The Home Depot continues to send me stuff that was not purchased by me. I have contacted them multiple times to stop doing this but they will not. Please stop!!!!

Beautiful, but same issue with angle
This is a beautiful finish, but I need to know an alternative to this arm. I am getting water spray on back wall. I need a straight arm that bends at the end to direct the shower head straight down.

could not use. Threads made just like the cheap Chinese...
could not use. Threads made just like the cheap Chinese products I have tried. Pipe threads have been around how many decades but these cheapos can't figure out how to make them.

The goal of buying this extra long shower arm was to lower the height of the shower. Worked ed fine for this purpose. Looks good. Too early to comment on durability.
