I spent a long time researching faucets before I bought this one. I never owned a faucet that is touchless before and I have to say I LOVE this feature. Its very handy when working with dirty hands, raw meat, etc. I also wanted to comment on installation. I have never installed anything myself before (and have never attempted any plumbing) and decided to give this a try. While it took a while to get my old faucet out (due to difficulty unscrewing some old bolts) the actual install of the new Moen faucet was easy! I probably spent 2 or 3 hours trying to remove the old faucet, but maybe 15 minutes to install the new one. I'm actually glad I did it and would do it again in the future. BTW, I like this generation of the current Moen faucet (generation 2) better than the features on the previous generation. On this faucet the sensor is on the SIDE which is better than in the front. The prior generation had it on the front and top. The problem with having it on the front is that I would think it would go off accidentally all the time. And I see no reason to have a sensor on the top of the faucet. So I really love the one that I got. Love, love, love...

I bought this a couple years ago. It worked great but the electronic failed. This is my 2nd one thank you for replacing it With.no problem.

The last faucet lasted about 11 years in the household, I'm not sure if that's a good duration or not but it recently started having some overall issues. Switching the faucets out was smooth and the installation video provided really helped. Usually I Youtube videos first but I got a pretty thorough walk through with this video and how to make sure everything was mounted correctly.

Works great very happy with the faucet

My faucet worked good for a couple of years, but now if the handle is left in the hot position (facing up) when it is turned off, it will gradually slip down to the on position. We left the house a week ago for an hour and when we returned the water heater was drained because the faucet handle slipped into the on position. We now have to turn it manually to the "Cold" position always or it will move on it's own. Plus the finish is peeling on the base of the faucet...such a bummer.

This kitchen faucet is a good choice. Up-to-date style. Spray option is a good feature. Plumber commented on ease of installation.

Bought the optional AC adaptor. Works when power is out. Part of a house remodel so the plumber installed it. I wanted the wave sensor at the top of the faucet but wife's choice was at the bottom left. It's been only a day so far so good.

Installed unit 1 day ago, works great. Installation was a breeze.

Worked well for 1 day. Now water does not stop flowing when shut off and hot water does not work most of the time. We don’t have use of our kitchen sink as we had to shut the water valves off.

Purchased this faucet to replace an old/broken unit in kitchen. Thought long & hard about whether to pay extra for the smart features. However, I'm glad I shelled out the extra dough. My wife loves to cook, so her being able to regulate both water temp & volume via voice command means no more icky hands needing to touch this beautiful faucet. Installation was quick and easy. Believe I was done (i.e. remove old, install new & connect to Google Assistant) within 30-45min. Love the look and the smart feature.

We are happy with the touchless feature of the kitchen faucet. It is very easy and convenient to use the sensor on the side.

Very well build. Easy to install. Only drawback is the 360° swivel. You need to make sure it's over the sink before turning it on.

Needed a new faucet, wanted one that seemed to be sturdy and would last a long time, and wasn't interested in touchless, etc. A good friend of mine had this one for a long time and liked it, so I went for it too. So far so good! Easy to use, works well.
