I've had this hook for a little over a year. The other day, the ring snapped off as I hung my towel on it. Very disappointed. It didn't last very long.

It performs as expected.

Pivot for towel ring broke in less than one year. Returning today.

While this product matched the faucet that's installed in the sink, it is made of poor quality materials. I installed the first one, and about two hours after installing it, the ring broke off at the set-screw pivot. Home Depot's return policy is great, and I ordered a replacement. I've installed the new one and it hasn't broken yet, but I don't have high expectations for its durability.

Nice finish and very easy to install. Perfect for a handtowel; neat and out of the way. Exceeded my expectation.

I am giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 because I am purchasing to replace the same style towel ring that snapped at the connection. It is a very handsome towel ring and if it holds up for more than 10 months, I will be satisfied; if this one snaps, no more Moen for me.

We installed six of these 4 months ago and 2 have already broken. Really worried about the others. Do we replace all of them?

Product is durable and easy to install! I bought a second one after I installed the first one.

I purchased this item based on the positive reviews and the fact that it wasn't a "ring" like most towel holders. It looks great in the master bath as our fixtures are "shiny". The design is simple and I believe it would fit well with any decor.

This towel ring worked perfect where I needed it, next to the mirror on the wall. Was worried it would be too big, but it was not. Like the look.

This line of towel rings, door hooks, etc. looks fine in the brushed nickel we got, but it's light weight and feels a little flimsy. No telling how long it will last. Installation instructions are clear and ez to follow. Drill is all that's needed. Parts included for hollow door/wall mounting, but shorter screws may be needed for solid door or stud mounting.

The open-ring design makes it much easier to grab and re-hang the hand towel using only one hand. Looks great in our new bathroom. We bought all the matching pieces and were not disappointed.

This matches my new faucet perfectly. Adds a nice stylish touch to my bathroom.
