Sprayer is very awkward
This Moen faucet arrived on time and was very easy to install, and came with a special tool to tighten the bolt that holds it to the sink. One weird thing was the weight they provided for the sprayer hose did not match the illustration, and there was no way to secure it to the hose. It feels cheap. The removable sprayer is just really awkward to use. You have to bend the hose at a weird angle to get it to spray into the sink. The button should be on bottom.

Works well, looks good
Works well, pull out is smooth and easy to slide back in place. Handy for filling large pots on the counter. Push button to change to spray. Easy to clean.

Love this faucet. My third try for the perfect faucet…found it. The tall spout faucets are so far from sink that they splash all over. This one is closer so it doesn’t plus I can still use a pullout to get deep pots! Love it.

Does not hold up over time
Due to the design, they will stop swiveling in a few years because they use thin O rings as bearings. Even better, you won't be able to get the parts you need to fix it and even if you did, it's almost impossible to do on this model. I gone through two of them in about 12 years and have had to replace the wand, the braided hose due to leak and both eventually stop swiveling. Thought Moen brand meant quality. They have proved me wrong

Replaced a 21 yr old Moen pull out faucet -...
Replaced a 21 yr old Moen pull out faucet - -Moen sent us free parts twice. The chrome was beginning to crack and was sharp. We easily replaced with the Banbury in Stainless and will use it for the next 21+ years!!!

Quality faucet
This faucet is heavy weight. It adds a quality look to my new sink. Plumber installed it. The spot resistant SS really does work well. Replaces an 11 yr old Moen Banbury faucet.that never had a problem. Easy to use all functions and perfect for someone with arthritis of hands, like me.
