The quality is below expectation for a Moen product. The items may not have been field tested prior to production, simple things like handling the proper width of a roll of toilet paper and the distance off the wall for the towel rack resulted in an improper fit.
I started with a 2 star fair rating, after I started writing, I realize just how much Moen missed the mark with allowing this set to get to market.

Nice towel rings!
These towel rings are nice looking, durable and inexpensive. I’ve found that for the price these towel rings are perfect when looking to cot some money off your total building cost. I know it’s not much but every dollar saved is a dollar saved!
