Nice product, timely delivered

Our low profile KWC kitchen faucet was terrible and it was un-serviceable. Moen, working with Home Depot, has figured it all out. We received the Moen faucet the next day via home delivery. I easily installed it within an hour. The curves and ridges add style. The other smooth "modern" Moen faucet looks too much like "contractor apartment grade". The higher arch keeps the faucet from being smacked by dishes, and makes it easier to rinse food and dishes. I may have avoided a complete kitchen remodel by just upgrading to this faucet. HD had the best price and quickest delivery. Thank you HD and Moen.

When you pull the faucet out to rinse the sink it does not go all the way back in, I have to go under the sink and pull it back up manually. Not happy!!

So far this faucet has worked great. I love simply waving my hand over the sensors and the water comes right on. So convenient when your hands are dirty.

I have 3 of these in my house. Love it.

I am loving this new faucet - the touchless on/off is so nice I can't believe I went so long without it. Even my plumber commented how fancy it was. The 2 different sensors is nice, the pull down sprayer works great. The pressure is good, thou it's slightly less than my old faucet. There is no indication of which way is hot cold -- we had to test it to determine hot is up & down is cold. ( that could vary I guess depending on your connections) Bronze color looks great w my counters.

Great finish. Pleased that an affordable Moen fixture is subject to lifetime warranty.

We really like the faucet and features. The only reason for a 4 star rating instead of 5 stars is the plastic head. We haven't had any problems with it, but the level of quality should be carried through to the head.

This is a very attractive piece, and works as advertised. For clarification, it works as ether a touch free or manual faucet - it does not work as a touch unit. There is a sensor on top of the faucet neck, and a sensor on the front of the faucet base. The top sensor turns the unit on for 2 minutes max. The front sensor functions like a public drinking fountain - stays on while you hold something in front of it, and turns off when you move away. I recommend turning the unit to one side when not in use - whichever side of the sink you use least, to avoid the occasional unintentional soaking of a sleeve or something else. It takes getting accustomed to, but overall we’ve found this unit quite useful, especially when preparing meat or some other food you may not want to handle and then touch your faucet/sink, before washing your hands. Great for preventing contamination, in other words. Worth the extra expense, if these features are important to you!

Beautiful faucet. Really like the MotionSense features. It saves water, is convenient when rinsing dishes, etc. Spray is powerful. Looks terrific with dappled dark brown, cream, and white granite countertop.
