Trim ring for handle was dented in box but had no choice but to install. Entry level but still decent quality from Moen.

there is a problem with the valve and we discovered it after tile was installed. not sure how it...

If you don't care about water spots go ahead and buy it
We live in a rental house. The entire house was replumbed in Dec 2016. This is the facet set the contractors chose for the new bathroom tub faucets. They work wonderfully but the chrome finish is cheap. It shows water spots. Even vinegar will not remove them. If you don't care how it is going to look in 6 months, Go ahead and buy it. If this bothers you get a better quality finish.

Does NOT look as good in real life as in picture
Bought this and returned it, because the finish is not a polished chrome. It looks more like a brushed aluminum, and some parts feel like cheap plastic. Fortunately buying from Home depot allows easy returns.

Don't buy unless you have copper pipes
This product only comes with a sweated valve. Unless you have copper pipes pass and move on. This will add several hundred dollars to your project. Mine is going back to the store and already been replaced with another brand, and that one was actually cheaper.

Positemp is a great feature!
Moen has always been a good value, and their positemp cartridge proves they continue to be innovative. Water pressure remains constant regardless of temperature selection for a consistant experience every shower. Exceptional product at a great price.

Excellant product
I have been using this shower for a couple of weeks now since our bathroom has been re done. I love it, it's so easy that my 3yr old can turn on a shower for herself if I allow it.
