Overall, this kit worked. I wanted to stick to OEM. A manual is provided. The frame of the kit matched Home Depot’s pics but w/ hardware changes; no threaded stoppers for the lower elbow instead 8 round pads were provided for contact points & the expansion bolts have been replaced w/ lags. If you want the legs level, good luck. They lean FWD 1.5° w/o shims. I welded the elbow to 1.7° back before installing the 100lbs unit to pre-camber, it’ll settle over time to zero

Got the product. Missing all of the hardware. Instructions were balled up like a baseball, as if this was already used by someone. Returned immediately.

A very good mounting bracket for mr. Cool. Quick and easy. Keeps mr. Cool off the ground.

Its ok. Thought it might be heavier duty considering the cost. But it works.

Unit was delivered with missing nuts, extra washers and although the description says it fits the 18k unit it just barely fits the bolt arrangement for the mrcool 18k unit but it doesn't allow minimum clearance to wall face. Contacted mrcool support they said it will work without concern of inlet airflow

I received the box and it was all taped up. When Inipenes it, there was no hardware package inside. I was under the gun on time with the installation,so I had to do a makeshift gathering to mount it.

Easy to hung up. We did it ourselves.

It's hard to believe this bracket is made to work with the Mr Cool condenser. The bolts needs to be mounted very securely into the studs which are typically at 16 on center which the bolts on this bracket are not. Wouldn't have been a problem if I had foresight to add blocking before I sealed up my walls. The descending arms can be adjusted but cannot move past the spot where the bolts are placed. For my 18k unit, that happens to be close but not exactly where the arms need to go so I couldn't adjust the arms to fit the unit. I've seen other MrCool brackets that did not have this problem. Finally, there is no indication how to correctly bolt the unit to the bracket. Very disappointed in this product.

The 18K Btu unit is wider than the holes that are provided for the upright. I had to drill out the holes so that the uprights were plumb with the unit. Also, the brackets only hold the unit about 5 inches from the wall, it calls for 12 minimum. The web site order process did not work, so I had to call in the order. The Customer Service person put the order on will call, which who knows when the bracket would show up. Also, he ordered two brackets, not one in which I did not need. I had to drive in in and pay the tolls to get it straightened out. That's all the feedback I can give.

Heavy duty, fit perfectly, and easy to install.

Well built product, there are a couple of concerns. The installation information is anemic, especially considering using the vibration feet between this and the condenser. Also, per the condenser, it needs 6 inches behind with this product, but the product length doesn't allow for 6 inches, despite being the actual MrCool product.

Easy to install if you have basic skills. This is the 6th time I have installed a Mr. Cool unit and I continue to be amazed how easy they are to install and how well they work.

Not what I hoped. This simple bracket offered by the exact same brand as the mini split should have been a no brained. But the supplied hardware (some was missing) didn’t fit well and the rubber pads were completely inadequate. I had to use different hardware and pads to get this Mr Cool bracket to work with a Mr Cool mini.

Does the job, easy to install, plenty strong enough.

This has to be the best in investment for me so far...it more than meeted my expectations. At first i was skeptical about it because never heard of the brand and then would it even do what i needed it to do. So i read plenty of reviews on the internet and 98.9% were positive..lol. I've installed this is my garage workspace which is approximately 1200sq ft and it definitely warms this area fairly quickly. Plus i like the separate thermostat that came with my purchase and well as having the ability to control the wireless from wherever I'm at, pretty cool. I definitely recommend this brand and would purchase again!
