I got my entire order cracked very upset

A lot of the tiles were broken

Beautiful tile but breaks so easily. The one box came all broken except for two tiles.

You people are so stupid. The tiles arrived all broken again. This is the third time this happened in two weeks. Nobody does anything about it . I am beyond annoyed.

I’m very impressed with the ease of installation, quality and amazing look they have added to my kitchen.

I love the tiles. Customer Service was super helpful when I needed to call to say ALL 4 boxes had broken tiles. The second delivery went much better. I also had no problem cancelling the second set of 4 boxes I had sent to the store just in case.

Tile is awesome but 50% of it came broken and pushed me back 2 weeks on timeline

As expected but seems fragile as almost every box received had damaged broken corners

Every tile in both boxes arrived busted.

Beautiful tile. I was saving 2 years for a bathroom remodel and I bought this tile 2 years ago and saved it in my basement. The time came and I needed more and bought a few boxes. Gorgeous. My bathroom looks brighter.modern but will stand the trends. Easy to wipe down and clean. Zero regrets.

We are very pleased with this tile. We had it installed in our shower and it looks awesome!

The description wavy white tile was right but the picture image on the item is wrong there is no marble look or color to it

However the last 4 bixes were all briken in half!! Not marked fragile! Ordered 5 more so estes trucking hopefully got it right. I tried to conmect theu the home depot supervisor but they never called me back!!

Absolutely Beautiful Tile!!

A box of this tile is VERY heavy. 50 lbs. So what is it packaged in? Thin cardboard, like a 12-pack of coke. The distributor needs to use a much more sturdy/heavyweight cardboard. My installer cut the straps and went to lift up one box and the entire thing folded in half and dropped to the floor. It was not his fault - I was standing right there along with someone else and we watched the flimsy cardboard just crumple. It has not been installed yet. Stay tuned.

We went vertical, I like the look and maybe easier dry and clean

Looks fab in my kitchen. Highly recommend this product.
