Cheap, and great looking if you take your time on the install. Zero broken tiles.

I wish they stocked this this product. It is a special order product. It was a great product. With the fresh glass blade it cut really nice. I would recommend this glass tile to anybody interested in white glass tile. Was it easy to install? No. But did it look good after it was installed? Yes. And I'm sure it's going to be very easy to clean up with a bottle of glass cleaner.

The tile looked good and I was very excited about installing it in my kitchen. During installation the backing was flimsy and it was hard to install. When cutting the tile is splintered a lot and broke frequently. The worst part was the inconsistency in the color of the tile. One piece was bright white and the next piece was dull. Nearly all the back splash was installed and as the day progressed and you stood back and looked at it you could see all the joins and the color difference as very noticeable. We removed all the back splash and replace it with a different product from a tile company. It did not meet my expectations.

Let me start by saying that I did get a fairly good deal on these. This was a good thing. The manufacturers quality is poor. Lots of chipped pieces and even more misaligned pieces. It would be better if the manufacturers would include recommendations for grout colors. They are moderately difficult to work with - especially around the outlets. Lots of waste. Other than that, they look pretty dang good!

Although this tile is aesthetically pleasing, there was much hassle with it. This is an online order only so when we received the tile, opened up the 1st box most were broken. The next 3 boxes to our disappointment had broken and defective tiles as well. We then had to go to HD to return and reorder. We ordered 2 extra boxes so we would have extra to compensate for possible broken tile. Again out of 6 boxes of tile we had to pick out tile to make up for broken, chipped, and defected tiles, there were alot of sheets that were uneven as well. We ended up having to compromise, so we didn't wait another 2 weeks for the shipment. We were very displeased, to say the least. Alot of tile sheets were wasted when we could have actually returned them for a refund, just to make up for the broken and defected ones. The tiles were also very difficult to cut, through trial and error we went through different glass tile wet saw blades, and ended up using a 10" glass tile diamond wet saw blade and a 4 1/2" wet saw blade, along with a tile scorer which made our cuts "better". Hope this helps other consumers.

Tiles on mesh backing not evenly spaced - difficult to get good horizontal alignment. Tiles are clear glass with a white paper-based (?) backing that chips/tears easily with a wet saw. Use a new glass blade. Minimize chip show-thru by painting/priming the wall white before you start. We used a spray primer on every cut edge to hide chips. Use spacers!! If grout doesn't get all the way to the back of the tile due to tight spacing, you will see the mesh thru the glass. Tough lessons learned!

This is even better on the wall! It’s absolutely beautiful! I am so happy with it.

I wish I had very carefully looked further at the "randomness of the tiles, since there are rather distinctive up and down straight lines amongst them. Other than that, the glass is good with coverage (not transparent) and looks as shown. I had gotten a sample and needed to go back and scrutinize the other pictures.

If you are expecting this tile to look as it does before installation...then the review is 1 star. The tile is beautiful. However, when installed it went from stark white to light gray. Thankfully, we like it light gray and it goes with our countertop, paint, and other items. White thinset was used. Light gray grout was used. But unless you know how to keep it the same white color...do not buy it.

We love how the tiles look with white grout next to our dark butcher block with live edges.

Good looking backsplash. However, when installing need to be suspend top tiles to prevent sagging that will close grout lines below.

Used as the kitchen backsplash with under cabinet lighting. Great effect.

Only once it was grouted did I than see that there was a shade difference in the glass tiles. The color is not consistent.

The product is beautiful but the tiles are too small for our project. We will be exchanging for a different size

The mesh backer had way too much glue that seeped onto the sides of the tile. It shows on glass tile after grouting. The placement of the tiles on the mesh was very inconsistent. Some tiles had 1/4” gaps while others had no gap at all. Its a greenish gray. Not white.
