It wasn’t an exact replacement but it fits very well and is easy to change.

Is not compatible with the larger Ridgid shop vacs. The disc filter will only cover 1/3 of the main filter when affixed properly. Better off taking two or 3 sheets of "box o towels" and affixing same with gorilla tape. Maybe use this crap to filter my camp coffee when hunting.

Don’t like these. The formed bass are better.

It gets clogged faster than the pleated filter. It is harder to clean off. There is no way to clean it off without making a huge mess. I prefer knocking out the pleated filter and replacing it periodically.

I was disappointed by the simplicity of the design and that's not a positive feature. This is a simple circle of filter material that drapes over the filter cage. The filter is not the least bit fitted. Imagine laying a circular tortilla over the top of a drinking glass. Now try to get it to fit without gaps over the glass without folds and gaps....impossible. This is the same idea. You center the filter over the top of the filter cage, fold it down and over, then try to secure the edges with a rubber band. While the filter likely does it job of keeping the majority of dust from being sucked out of the vac's barrel, it's the fussy folding and included rubber band "seal" that is much less than ideal. I was expecting a shaped filter with an integrated elastic band or drawstring to secure it to the cage. No such luck. Don't expect a perfect fit from this but it will be a barrier to prevent your primary filter from clogging prematurely. There are some types of pre-filters built with those features but this isn't one of them.

They are easy to use and makes keeping the filter cleanup simple and fast.

Very cheap. Never again. Both the product and the store sucks.
