Tape with energy rating took some of the plastic covering off-looks bad on the top that will be that way forever. Not happy. Freezer is working.

The freezer was delivered surprisingly quick and shipping was free. It fits perfectly under my countertop, it’s silent and keeps my items frozen solid.
I prefer this type of stand up freezer to the old fashioned chest freezer.
I would def recommend this product!

Functions efficiently but it is a tad noisy.
However, it does the job of freezing meat into a solid block which is what I really needed.

The freezer does operate ok. The final surface is just a thin piece of black foil and you have to be careful when you take tape off or you pull that up too. My main concern is that I have to scrape the ice off every other day or it gets very thick.

Good freezer
Works great, but the delivery people seem to have dropped it a few times before it got here. This thing has some serious dents.

The first freezer made a noticeable "ping'" a few times an hour. The replacement makes a quiet "ping" sound periodically. I question the lifespan of this freezer.

LOUD

The freezer arrived in a box that appeared to have been opened with a scratch on the side so I called customer service. Unfortunately now I am in the midst of reconnecting the freezer after it showed signs of accumulation of frost and the ice I had inside was melting. Left it unplugged overnight and now I reconnected it hopefully it will work. Otherwise back it goes. Not a happy customer!!

It fits exactly where I hoped it would and it is a great size for a small household. The only negative is that it is slightly loud compared to the small chest freezer I had.

Unpacked freezer. Followed all instructions. Freezer does not get cold enough to use as a refrigerator let alone a freezer. It was either delivered in inoperable condition or it is just a terrible product.
