I got this for our gate. It is made for a normal spaced fence. Unfortunately our gate was not spaced the normal 4 inches. I was so disappointed but I thought of removing the pickets then reattaching them. It was so easy. It looks great and with the extra pickets I had since the width was 6 feet and our gate wasn't. I used the extra for the sides.

How annoying. We had to take half of them apart because they were not leveled and now they have holes!! Ridiculous!! Very flimsy too. They are also not 2ft tall they are a couple inches off. Like I said all different sizes. So annoying what a waste of time

Very pleased with Puppy Guard! New house, New fence, and my dog kept trying to escape. New fence would have been > $1000. Purchased 10 Puppy Guard sections (34") which came to a little over $200. I hired a Handy Man to install. It only took him ~ one hour. He was able to trim the pieces with snips to make them fit. He drilled the puppy guard sections to the existing fence! Easy! Done! I think it looks FANTASTIC! I am very happy and definitely recommend.

The sections were good looking and matched my fence. The spacing was not the right distance so I had to remove almost all the rods and reattach them. It will take some time but since the fence will be here for 20+ years, I feel it is will worth the effort. Also have to epoxy all the holes and paint them black. All the comments I read mentioned this issue so I was not surprised. I have to buy quite a few (80) and also need the barrier bar for under the fence. Very expensive but I love the look.

We purchases 3 panels of this 2 x 6 puppy picket to finish a small patio gate and fence area near the house. We have 4 small dogs (all under 12 lbs), and they could easily sneak through the bars on the aluminum panels we had installed. We were able to install this puppy picket easily with a drill and a hacksaw, and it looks very nice and keeps the little pups in the gate.

The fence panel fits my existing black aluminum fence. It was easy to install. My dogs are well fenced in now with the puppy guard panel. This was a lifesaver for them not get thru the original fence.

These were very easy to install. We needed them to keep our chickens in the backyard. They are a little pricey, but they work well and accomplish the task! Very easy to install. However, make certain that you provide support to the existing picket when drilling, or you may bend it applying too much pressure.

Great product. So far my dogs cannot squeeze through the fence any more. Only reason I didn’t give it a five star is the they tell you and supply you only enough screws to secure the middle and the ends. I did this for the first few I put up, but after my dogs pawing at them it seemed very flimsy. I decided to by more of the same hardware and made sure I secured it at every post. Those thing are not going anywhere and much more secure.

Needed cutting to fit four foot gate panel but looks great and functions as expected.

The panels are not 2’x6’ as advertised. They are 2’x3’. Ordered panels twice and both times the panels I received were 2’x3’.

The sections of fencing were easy to align and attach to the 80+ feet of existing aluminum fencing. Initially all went well after installation but since I have to keep monitoring the verticals because they quickly become loose due to many of the self tapping screws being either stripped or almost stripped during the manufacture/assembly. And once the screw does strip out totally it is very difficult to reattach the vertical piece.

works great, easy to install, just annoyed that we had to install it. Our dog is too smart for his own good.

I was skeptical but these puppy bars are great! Due to the size of my gates I had to use 1 1/2 per gate but cutting the aluminum was very easy with a simple hack saw. Installed in less than an hour! I highly recommend this product.

The product is terrible 50% of fence spickets fall off. Need to silicone every screw for the spickets to stay on

excellent products and easy to install with a drill is all. a few pieces I have to have cut like for my gates etc but would highly recommend.

It did not fit the fence exactly we had purchased. But it worked.

It would be better in 8' lengths. Also if it was not adjustable for angels could be cheaper to make and lower cost.

Fence arrived in two sections for a six foot fence. Coverage was adequate for a six foot section. Fence needs to be a full six foot section. I know for shipping purposes it needs to be smaller, but that should be indicated in the description.

For the normal fence sections, it looks really good. This works really great for my tiny dogs (5-6 pounds) who could get through otherwise. Note that some dogs may still be able to get UNDER the fence, depending on ground elevation. Rabbits can still get under my fence. HOWEVER...the gates that are typically sold for the fence are not the right width to allow these to work. You will need another solution for gates. They come in 3ft pieces. You can cut those with a hack saw, but the distance between the spokes is different than that between the gate spokes, so it looks really weird.

These didn’t work for me. They did not fit in the center of my fence rods to create a puppy guard. Maybe these only work on a mainstreet fence.

Very appropriate, appearance appealing with the aluminum fence and keeps the little guy from venturing through the fence to explore without our knowledge.

I ask home depot to dilvery and they did this was for my rear wall worked great!
