The door itself is great. The door handle was not...
The door itself is great. The door handle was not threaded properly so it can not be installed. The manufavmcturers customer service is horrible. They won’t simply send a replacement part, rather Had to fill out a warantee claim on-line and after a week still no response. Horrible by phone too

Door is of good quality but the instructions were full of contradictions. Even a sheet included to explain the changes did not cover it all.

The hardware and the doors are nice the only issue...
The hardware and the doors are nice the only issue is i purchased 4 doors and all 4 had marks on them that i has to sand and fix before hanging. The packaging is not very strong they need to be packed in better packaging.

We purchased two doors (one for the closet & one...
We purchased two doors (one for the closet & one for the bathroom). The sliding door hardware kit looks really cheap. Also, one of the rails were bent. I would not purchase them again. Next time I will go with a pocket door for a small bathroom (my contractor said they are easy to install).

This door looks amazing and was fairly easy to install. There were a few issues though.
1) We had to return the first one because the door was split in half.
2) The second one was in good condition but one of the pre-drilled holes was off and it stripped one of the screws where the roller attaches to the door.
3) There is only a handle for the outside of the door and it is made poorly where the end caps are not set properly on the handle and cannot be adjusted.
So now I need to go back to Home Depot to get the handle replaced and a roller screw because Masonite simply refers you back to the place you purchased the item. And then find some solution for the inside of the door. It's a heavy door so it does need a handle for people to open from the inside.

Door looks great & works well. My only criticism is that there is no flat handle (recessed finger disc?) on the back side of the door, which there should be for ease of operation.

Did not include a pull for the inside of the barn doors. Sent email to Masonite customer service who advised that I needed to buy separate pulls to install so I can pull open/close the barn doors from the other side! This is ridiculous to sell a product that isn't complete. Look elsewhere

Was too narrow, installed in order house and the holes...
Was too narrow, installed in order house and the holes didn't match studs and the wall anchors bent when installed and didn't seem hefty enough. The size was unable to replace so had to have someone drill thru rail. Hope it stays up.

Love it!
Installed our door today and I love it! With it being unfinished we were able to paint it whatever color we wanted! I choose a strip pattern to match our kitchen! This door painted well and was easy to install.
