The 6 inch Master flow vent works good, where I live the wind blows very hard some times and if it's raining the rain runs down the stove pipe. After replacing the cap with this Master flow vent I haven'tseen one drop of rain.

I bought this to put over the top of a Big Green Egg smoker so I could smoke in the rain without to many problems, worked great!!!

The design is nice, and keeps the rain out. Only thing missing is a screen for pests. I ended up buying some thin screening and screwed over the top hole.

Good quality

Vent pipe was only 5 in OD. and cap was 6in OD so I had to tape some Styrofoam to the pipe to make the cap fit; after that the cap fit snug.

It is a identical replacement and works well

The vent cap worked very well and has not rusted.

Excellent wind blow my old , fitted perfect this one I ordered from Home Depot.

This vent cap was perfect for where I needed it , but it's not what you think. I actually made a top for a tall cylinder shaped mesh birdseed feeder. The squirrels destroyed the other one but I just dare them to try to destroy this one!!!! So yes, it met my expectations perfectly even I didn't use it for the normal purpose.

Well it’s a vent cap.. It works fine.

It was the only one available at the Coon Rapids store. We had to cut the pipe area to fit the chimmey. The store had a very small choice in vent cap. Willmar store has a much better verity in caps.

Does OK however rain can get in when the wind is blowing.

Fitment was perfect and worked out great with fasteners
