Just a couple of days outside unattended and the keys disappeared. The back seems very thin and easy to break in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The combination on this Master Lock, portable lock box was easy to set. I was able to set my own combination number. I have had no issues with the combination number working, it opens up easily. We use this lock box to store our house and outdoor shed keys. We have been locked out of our house before so, something like this is super helpful to us. I’ve recommended this to my sister as well, since she has been locked out of her house a few times already!

Disappointed to find that when you choose a combination, it can be entered in ANY order and the lock will still unlock. E.g. if your combination is 4321, the lock will unlock also on 1234 or 2341 or 3421 etc. So a less secure lock than I had anticipated.

I have picked up money from a customer using one of these since they are easy to recode I have one on my gate that looks dummy locked to keep people out and also help as a spare key to the house or a drop off spot for me for other people. Possibilities are endless!

Easy to use safe and convenient to put your keys or id card or anything like that I use it my one of my property house when my workers go work they can have accent to the key to enter to the house and put it back safe and convenient for everyone

It appears to be made well it's very simple to use .I have self locking doors so this may come in handy someday

Purchased it, returned it. Purchased it again... need to return it. Malfunctions with button keys within 2 weeks of daily use.

I've been using these for years. They are great as long as no one jams the door against the upright on-edge key in the box. They are getting downright expensive, but hold up well as long as the door doesn't jam or the combination is lost. It is better than the rotary number box.

I like the fact that this unit does not rely on batteries in any way, but that means that digits cannot be repeated, and it's not clear whether they have to be pressed in any certain order. It's also frustrating to have to enter the code to close the unit. Seems very solid, tho, and heavy.

I absolutely love the protective cover on the lock. Very easy to program and the price was also very nice, would definitely recommend!

This lockbox is a joke. As other reviewers have said, the combo sequence doesn't matter. So 1234 can be entered as 4321, etc. As long as the correct buttons are pressed, it will unlock. But it gets worse. If you slide down the release button, you can easily tell which buttons are part of the combo. This info is widely available on the internet and definitely known to any malicious actors. Why keep selling it? I'm returning it tomorrow and never EVER buying another Master Lock product again....
