No air flow. Returned it

This is actually my second one purchased. The fan itself is very quiet and works well. However, there have been some changes to between the 2 we have. Approx 2 years apart from purchase. The biggest notable change is the motor control unit. While both fans work fine, they are slightly different. The other notable change is "someone" decided to slap a giant BIG AIR decal on the body of the main unit. I was able to re-mount 180 degrees and hide this. While I understand the need for branding, this should not be on the motor unit for all to see.

Very easy to install and a nice quiet fan that'll move a bunch of air

quiet and smooth running .put this fan in my 2400 square ft shop to even out the temperature does a nice job without feeling drafty

Looks very nice. Doesn’t move much sore though. The blades may be too thin.

Fan was easy to assessable. We mounded it with the 6 inch down rod on our vaulted ceiling ridge beam hoping the back volume would allow for enough airflow (we were able to use the 6 inch down rod because the ridge beam gives us another 9 inches of drop from our ceiling supports. For back volume reference the ceiling is another 9 inches above those supports). On low the fan provides a nice light breeze, medium is a heavy draft, and high is a heavy wind that makes out indoor plans leaves move! Would definitely recommend this fan

The fan has been installed and in operation for less than a month. Thus far, it has performed very well and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Installation was not difficult but it was time consuming. Better instructions would have added a another star to my rating.

Moves plenty of air, easy install, quiet. Time will tell on reliability.

Installation went easy. Screws that hold blades could be a thread or two longer. Moves air but feels like it needs an additional speed or two. I live in Texas and with the temps in the 90's it helps in my 30 x 50 shop. I feel if the temps get back in the 70's or 80's it might feel better

Fan is just over a year old and quit working. Its junk buy something else.

Fan broke within 1 hr of installed, called warranty department , returned motor and waiting on new motor

Exceeded our expectations. We put 2 of the 96 inch fans and are very satisfied.

I purchased the recommended 24" down rod shown above in the "Frequently bought together". The electricians were out today to install, and the down rod is the wrong size!!!!! It is 3/4 and it needs to be a 1/2". So now I'm out a couple of hundred dollars for the electricians to come back out and finish the job. Thanks Home Depot. Very upset frequency customer, former employee, and Veteran. Suprise me and fix the situation, I doubt you will.

this is a status fan that will look good indoors. Outdoors will not put out enough air because of the flat blades.

Placed 2 of them in my 30x47 shop. Work great. Buying one more to add a little more air.

So much better than the home decorators model we bought first which never worked These seem like they will be very good And we’re pretty easy to assemble and install
