Customer Reviews for Melnor RelaxGrip Flashlight 8-Pattern Nozzle

Handle leaks water out the seam

Perfect for garden watering. I bought one for the backyard, then I bought another one for the front yard. The on/off valve is well positined allowing you to easily control water pressure at the nozzle.

Bought this as a gift for my Son he was really happy and impressed by all functions and ease of use!

Am very happy with this nozzle. My hands don't have the strength they once did, so I am very happy to find a nozzle that I don't have to continually squeeze. I recommend this product. Shipping was fast. Very pleased overall.

A blue inner bellow came out and exploded into my arm and Burt my arm very badly!!! SAFETY ISSUE SHOULD BE RECALLED!!

It's a good nozzle because of the many spray choices but the reduction of volume makes it average. My old basic metal/simple/nozzle with the old time twist control didn't reduce volume.

Hold up better than other brands available.

Works great and excellent price.

The first one of these came with our RV as an attachment to a water hose. Within 6 months or so this nozzle failed to work properly, so I went to Home Depot and bought another one because it was reasonably priced and the others were a bit higher cost. In about another few months this one started spraying water out of the side where the water on/off is controlled. So I had to buy a third one, but this one was a different brand and a few dollars more. In my opinion they work very well for 6 months to a year and then something goes wrong and its unusable.

This is the second hose nozzle I have purchased of this brand and both leak from where rubber grip starts.

I’ve replaced every hose nozzle outside my house with this brand and style (wand, flashlight, and angled) because they simply work and keep working. The ‘Shower’ setting is perfect for watering plants, with ‘jet’ it is easy to accurately direct water to plants hanging high or out-of-reach, and the ‘full’ for fast high pressue water. The selector dial and the value lever move incredibly smooth even after a couple years of abuse. Only special treatment I do is disconnect and bring all of these inside when a freeze is expected (a hard freeze can crack almost any nozzle). Excellent performance, nice hand grip, no leakage, this is a fantastic nozzle!

I like this model better than the longer and more expensive model since the longer model has an angle at the top, and makes it more difficult to point it correctly.

Light weight multi-fuction discahge that fits most flower bed and garden needs.

This works very well. You only need a thumb to move the knob. Will purchase again if needed.

The thumb switch for turning on the water is great, no more squeezing to keep the water flowing and the various settings met all my watering needs.

The Melnor RelaxGrip Nozzle was a gift. The recipient was very pleased to receive this gift. But I do not know how the nozzle has been working out for him.

This style hose sprayer is better than anything I've ever used for the purpose. I might need to get two more!

I buy for a community garden Over the space of 2 years, I have bought 8. The garden users love the ergonomic feel and the easy of using a thumb to control the water. BUT One out of 4 failed early on. When they failed, they failed dramatically by spraying water out from seams along the hand-held part of the nozzel. There must be a design flaw or poor quality control. It's too bad because they are very user friendly but quality control is poor. The ones that last seem to last.

It’s leaks already, after I connect it then it’s already leaking from everywhere. Don’t buy it pls.

Very nice hand-feel. Easy to control flow with the thumb-lever. Nice choice of spray patterns.

Broke apart within 10 seconds of turning on the water.

Very comfortable for watering plants. Did not have to hold trigger which gets tiring. Just push to set flow of water and hold the grip.

I have owned three of these things. All three have sprung leaks after less than a year of use. Apparently some weakness in the sidewall of the hand grip. Can't believe I'm the only one who has experienced this.

works as expecded. the open/close slider works well. hooked into my hose just fine

A very comfortable grip, easy to use with the thumb control for on-off or in- between. Also have the long handled one for planted hanging pots.
