I was a little disappointed that the chair wasn’t larger as it was called big and tall. My mom’s feet still hung over the end and she is only about 5’6”.

Only if the person is small...and not 300lbs. Workable..but doesn't hold up well with the poundage

The chair is small. It pops every now and then. The arms are too soft when you try to hold on to stand.

This is a nice size recliner.

We purchased this chair because reviews mentioned that it was easy to assemble. It really was. My husband is very handy so he had it up & running in less than an hour. The chair looks nice, is comfortable for my elderly sister, who has back problems, and is much lighter. This makes it so much easier to move during housecleaning.

I purchased this chair in November 2020 and the chair no longer works properly. It is less than six months old and is now useless as a power-lift chair. I used it as intended, but I heard a crack and now it no longer moves. Unfortunately Home Depot’s return policy, despite it being purchased on the HD credit card, doesn’t allow for returns on furniture past 30 days. Definitely would not purchase again.

The comfort and mechanical quality merit 5 stars. I give this item 4 stars because what Home Depot calls “beige” was a DARK BROWN. ( A problem solved by purchasing a pair of slip covers.) - - We purchased a pair of these recliners in preparation for hip surgery. The chair feels plush. It’s great to sleep in. The lift mechanism lifts me to my feet. Great buy !

Great chair, easy to assemble and easier to use. It is very comfortable and relaxing.

I have had it for a month. It is a sturdy wood frame. Plenty wide, but my feet hang off at 5'10" when it is reclined. I have been sleeping in it and it can support me at 250lbs. The only improvement would be if it would recline further and have a longer footrest. Also, there are only 2 buttons on the remote which go up and down. From seated, the up button raises the footrest and slightly reclines the back until the footrest is fully extended, then the back reclines quicker and the footrest slowly continues to elevate until you are at the maximum recline and footrest elevation. Mine doubles as a work chair and prevents my back from hurting like a normal chair.
