Ordered samples in Via Lactea, loved it & ordered 2 boxes. But none of the tiles looks like the sample, color wise. The 2 saturated tiles in the photo were the samples & the baby blue tiles are what we received in the 2 boxes. Not sure if this is just a dye lot issue but will return since the color is nothing like we expected from the samples. My husband is a professional tile installer so we understand there are always levels of variation but these look like two entirely different colors

Fun tile with an impact. Used behind my vanity, as a ribbon around my custom shower, and as the back of the niches in the shower. Awesome look.

We ordered these tiles for our stove backsplash only having seen the picture on line (since no Home Depot had them in stock). They are absolutely beautiful in person and have a bit of a "sparkle effect" when the light is directed on them. A bit on the expensive side but worth the money for the quality and beauty of the tiles!

I fell in love with these tiles and ordered them over a week ago, they finally came in and o am very disappointed with the mix, there are 14 of a pattern, 12 of a second, 4 of the third and only 3 of the fourth. I didn't expect them to be completely evenly distributed, but this is pretty disappointing.

This tile is beautiful! It has a handmade look and our contracter enjoyed working with it. We used it in our master bath shower and in the kitchen backsplash as an accent with the matching white as the field tile. It is very unique looking and we've gotten many compliments on it.

It was packed well and arrived in good condition We used it as accents to backsplash in the kitchen along with the Antic Feelings Griggio and love it.

I combined Antic Feelings Via Lactea with the Antic Special Via Lactea to accent my backsplash for my range. I like the rustic look of the tile and the iridescent finish on the glaze. I had someone install it for me but it went very quickly for the small area I was doing.

We had installed and seemed to be fairly easy especially since no spacers needed. We love the look!

Very beautiful. Different shades of blue, the darkest is accurately depicted in the pictures for Merola Tile Antic Special Via Lactea 3/4 in. x 6 in. Ceramic Torelo Wall Trim Tile, Via Lactea / High Sheen. The lighter areas are more of a white color.

I bought this tile to install as a subway tile style backsplash for my new kitchen. They are beautifully made with a subtle variation of color saturation among the various tiles. Do note, they are lighter in overall color than in the pictures. They fit the picture I had in mind when I designed the kitchen perfectly. I can't wait to see them once they are put up! (Photo is of the tiles laid out on my counter. I'll try to remember to edit this post to add photos of the tiles put up.) They shipped very quickly and were well packaged so there was not a single tile damaged.

We deliberated for weeks, on the perfect tile for our kitchen makeover. I’m so glad we decided to go with these. They tuned out absolutely beautiful. When people stop gasping at our new kitchen, they utter the words, “That tile!”. We paired it with white tiles and used gray grout to go with our gray granite counters and light gray walls. Teal and yellow accents finish the look, creating a stunning kitchen. So happy with the results! Even our builders were amazed. Thanks home depot!

Love this tile, I mixed it with two other types of tile from Merola, the Antic Special, and Antic Sensations. I was so happy to find a blue tile, which is rare, I couldn't be happier with this tile. Sometimes pictures don't translate to the internet, but these are true to the picture. Each tile has a deeper blue edge to it and there is even a little brown peeking through at the edges I used more of the Special, making sure each of the design tile was surrounded by the plainer tile.

This tile is beautiful and well-made. The variations in color make a beautiful backsplash. The biggest challenge was arranging the tiles in a pattern: order extra to ensure you have enough of each. Love this tile!

I ordered these tiles for my kitchen backsplash for two reasons: first, I needed a very thick tile to match some art tiles I was also using; and second, I thought the pattern was unique without being overpowering for a large area. I was not disappointed! I love the look of the tiles, they were easy to use, and I get a lot of compliments on them. People are shocked to know that I got them from Home Depot! The tiles arrived at my home packed *very* well--not a single broken tile in 34 sq ft. There were a few tiles where the glaze missed a tiny area, but I could use all but one in a place where I needed a cut. I purchased a $99 wet saw to cut the tiles, at the recommendation of a Home Depot employee, and it was a wise purchase. The tiles were easy to cut, and the machine was small and quiet enough to use inside my kitchen (although it was messy). I used "earth" colored non-sanded grout, although it appears a bit darker in the photos than in real life. If I did it all again I would use a darker grout. I included a photo of how I handled the outside corners. The tiles are mostly glazed on one side, so I alternated them to keep a finished side visible. It's not perfect, but it's fine with me. I did not use spacers between the tiles (also at the recommendation of the Home Depot employee), except in some spots where the gap between the counter and wall was too big; the tile sides are angled to leave space between them for grout. They are also a bit wavy on the edges, which helps make some amateur tile mistakes less visible! My ONLY complaint is that I'm not convinced you get the same number of every tile like I assumed I would. There are a few that are more prevalent...especially if you don't order as many as I did! If you order these tiles I recommend taking them all out, dividing by design, and then determining your pattern so that you don't end up with too much of one at the end. Fortunately I will end behind my stove, so it will not be very visible if I end up with more of two tiles than the others.

The tile looks great! It's adding the perfect blue touch to our Red, White and Blue kitchen! They look just like the product in the photo. Highly recommend!

I love it ! I was able to incorporate it with some coffee colored tile and coffee colored with fairy dust added into the grout it turned out fabulous

We bought this tile for the backsplash on our wet bar. My husband had never installed tile before so he was a little nervous about it but he had no issues. This tile looks amazing, even better in person than in the pictures.

Used these as accent tiles in my backsplash. There are four different patterns, and the tiles have a bronze-y color in the pigment. Lots of sapphire blue in the aqua as well, with a terra cotta border. I used a terra cotta grout to match the back of the tile. These have a rustic feel, and can lend themselves to a variety of decor.

This is better in person than the pictures It is so gorgeous in my kitchen and I am so happy with it

They were nice. The patterns gorgeous, however I wanted to mix them with regular subway tiles for my backsplash. Be aware are not a shiny as they appear in the picture or as white therefore I returned them. They are terra cotta tiles with a pattern and almost a white glazing over them.
