Easy to work with and very high quality tile. We used platinum grey grout and it looks fantastic in my opinion. A lot of cutting due to the shape but worth it for the end result. We used a cheap tile saw to get the job done.

So happy I waited for this tile to be restocked - so worth the wait! I based all of my new house colors around this tile and it’s perfect. I chose a gray grout and an oil rubbed bronze aluminum bullnose trim. Keep in mind that edge pieces have to be cut individually, so make sure your installer has lots of patience and a good saw blade!

This is beautiful tile with varied hues of blue and gray and a classic lantern shape. The mesh backing makes it fairly simple to install for a backsplash or similar installation. The 2 inch lantern tiles do, however, make installation a little more complicated than the mosaic tiles that have small uniform shapes like the penny round and small square varieties. One other consideration with this tile is that it has large gaps between tiles in the mosaic. This means that it requires more grout than one might expect for an accent tile. The benefit of this is that if it is used in a wet floor area, the wide grout lines provide extra grip under foot. It also gives good contrast with very dark or very light grout. If you have a straight-forward installation or have experience with tile and aren't afraid of having to cut these lantern-shaped tiles, this is a timeless pattern in beautiful colors. Please note that my pictures were taken in low light.

This Tangier Stillwater tile is absolutely beautiful! I can see this tile going well in many different projects. We are choosing this for a kitchen backsplash. We're using this tile and some white subway tile to compliment it. It is well put together, solidly attached to the mesh backing, making the installation easier. We haven't started yet as we are waiting on the replacement subway tile to get here. Highly recommend this tile. This tile is going to make a fantastic backsplash in our kitchen

The tiles themselves were beautiful. But they were not straight on the sheets. It was incredibly difficult to get them to line up. I found one sheet that had 2 tile going the wrong direction. It came out looking good but was very hard to get straight

This Tangier Stillwater tile is absolutely beautiful. It has an understated flash of class, if that makes sense. It is a tile that says style without shouting it. I can see this tile going well in many different projects. It is well put together, solidly attached to the mesh backing, making installation easier by not having to be super gentle with the sheets of tile, or having to re-align the individual pieces. It is going to be a fantastic backsplash for our kitchen project.

The tile sheets were nicely laid out. Very securely attached to the backing material yet remaining very flexible. I have not yet applied the tile as I am still in the process of deciding where to put it. I can tell it will be a weekend project as I am inexperienced at tile work. I have a neighbor coming over who does tile work to help me. Very nice product. Good base color which makes it blend well.

When I opened this box, I was absolutely in love with these tiles. My pictures nor the ones on Home Depot do them justice. They are amazing and I can’t wait to install these as a backsplash in my master bath. But I’ll tell you what, these would look amazing anywhere!!! I would buy these over and over again to update any space in my home. I love that they are multi-colored.

Love how this tile looks from across the room, but do not love the texture. This is just my personal preference to style. The tile is very easy to install and work with as it is mounted to mesh backed squares. It is easily mounted and lined up to create a seamless appearance on the wall. I do wish I had selected the tile without the texture on the surface. It is shiny and stands out more than I would like.

I've done a number of tile jobs in the past 20 or so years and I'm beginning to hate tile that isn't in sheet forms like this. It makes it really easy to mold it to what ever your doing and there won't be any mistakes. We used the premixed mortar and premixed grout and finished our bathroom backsplash in a few hours each day. We had to wait a day for the tile to set before we used the grout. The tile is textured so I don't think I would use this on the floor. It might be hard to clean.

Merola Tile Hudson Tangier Crystalline White 12-3/8 in. x 12-1/2 in. x 5 mm Porcelain Mosaic Tile, White / High Sheen I loved the look of this tile and was fully expecting to give it a 5 star rating....until I gave it my personal stain test, which I give all tiles I am considering to install. I put a drop of red food coloring, ketchup, and soy sauce on one tile and left them for a few hours. My picture shows the red food color was drawn into the crackle effect I honestly had not even seen was there. I liked the mottled effect they produced with the texture added to the top, which I felt would be an advantage in the tile looking clean. But I found it difficult to clean the red food color, while the other two items were quickly wiped away. I wet a paper towel with Windex and left it over the stain. While that took care of the problem on other tiles, it was not easy to remove the red on this tile. It took several attempts and a lot of scrubbing to get the color out, but it did all come out. This problem made me wonder how easy it would be to remove pomegranate droplets which on occasion we get when we clean one in our kitchen. I did not have a pomegranate or red wine to do that test. I think using a good sealer on this tile might be a solution for this problem, which I have found also happens with real stone or even quartz.

This mosaic tile is beautiful and well made. My wife and I fell in love with this pattern and the overall look and feel of it. The crystalline white finish fit exactly what we were looking for. As the box says in my picture, 10 sheets is just under 11 square feet so plan accordingly. We are looking forward to using this as a kitchen backsplash but I think it would just fine in a bathroom, as well. Highly recommended!

Let me tell you these are stunning. I cannot wait until they are installed next weekend. We still need the other supplies to put them up and enough time to get it done. They will be a backsplash in the kitchen. Still deciding on the trim but have narrowed it down to two products. Now that it came in I will take a sheet of this with me to Home Depot and compare the two trims and make my decision and get it.

I just finished installing this beautiful tile as my kitchen backsplash. I ordered 2 boxes and found no flaws in any of the tiles. The tile cut beautifully using a cheap wet saw and a top of the line diamond blade. One word of advice. Make sure all the mesh gets embedded in your mastic or you might end up with a few little bits of mesh thread poking out of your grout. I am so happy with it that I am ordering the same tile for a tub surround.

Was just what I was looking for, could not find it anywhere else. The size was perfect and sleek. Came on time in perfect condition. Home Depot lets you order just what you need, not a whole box. We also got the faucet from Home Depot. Just finished installation. Love Love it.

It is beautiful tile! I made a table with it.

The tile was installed in my master bathroom on the upper half of the walls. The various colors of blue, green and gray pop against the bright white grout I chose for contrast. The shine is gorgeous!! The tile is absolutely beautiful, and makes the bathroom look like a spa!! The tile exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled!!

These tile are just as beautiful as I expected. They have a lovely muted gray - blue coloration that varies slightly from tile to tile so that it's not just a flat color. Really gorgeous but a bit tricky to cut to fit around the curves of the cabinetry.

We purchased this tile for our kitchen backsplash and BOY is it gorgeous! The tile is high quality and a beautiful, rich color. I did the project in about 2 days and it makes the kitchen feel rich and unique. We would certainly purchase more from the Merola company through Home Depot. The tiles are gorgeous ! Very elegant and neutral for any surrounding décor are finishing details. LOVE IT! The tile contractor complete the décor tile perfectly - but as you can see by the photo - I'm not happy with the brown bordering.......to be continued :)

I used these tiles, among others from Merola, for an outdoor table top. They are beautiful in person. I love the varying colors from the outer edges inward and that there are different shades of blues; the blues give it a softened feel instead of a plain, all identical look. I mixed these with other tiles for a more individual style and love it.

Awesome Product, easy to lay. I laid it down with Simple Mat which also made it much easier to work with. Please see picture below.

We put the Hudson Tangier smoky blue tile in our kitchen, and are pleased with house wonderful it looks. Cutting the tile was kinda difficult for the contractor, going around outlets and such, but he did have a tile cutter (the professional one) and that seemed to make it easier. I'll add pictures.

Pretty tile. Looks good when installed but it's thin and very brittle when cutting and it begins falling off the mesh almost instantly as soon as it gets wet from the saw. Was a real pain dealing with

I was so nervous purchasing this product and getting damaged tiles or tiles crooked on the sheet. Not the case at all. They looked stunning. They were packaged with special foam protection, so impressed. None were crooked. Pic is without grout, will use white grout for the wow effect.

I noticed the Hudson Tangier Marine tile, and the Vintage Florid Lantern tile online. With the beautiful blue tones, shapes and textures these two tiles offer, I decided to be creative and use on a desk I was building out of a door. The door has two inlays , so I used the tiles I ordered online to decorate them. I then placed a glass over it , and it turned out beautiful. It definitely has meet my expectations.

Looks great after it is all done. We used it as a border strip around the room, so it needed to be cut square on the top and bottom. The tile guys grumbled and cursed while trying to cut it.

Excellent product! Beautifully packaged and I ordered 40 tiles and not a single one was broken or damaged! I also used the recommended linen colored pre mixed grout and the result is breathtaking. I am so pleased at the overall result. Everything from start to finish was pure perfection! Very, very pleased! The shade variations in the tile complement my granite counter tops beautifully. The under cabinet lighting hitting the tiles makes the color variations pop. I am very happy!
