I like the little scaffolding. I wish I could have bought it long ago. I added a step which helps a lot and I think I will add a diagonal stabilizer as it is a little wiggly for me when I am using it to reach ten feet high. It folds nicely which makes it so I can move it through door ways. Overall I am happy with it.

Great bargain. Good quality and easy to assemble. Used for painting garage interior with 11’ ceilings and hanging overhead shelves. Couldn’t have done the job safely without it.

Very easy to work with and on. Allowed me (5' 8") to reach an 10' 6" ceiling.

Very good product, there is a little room for improvement as needs one extra step, look at the photo you see a large gap between the first and second step. I put a piece of wood which is not as stable as its own metals.

Love this for decorating our 10 foot Christmas tree. Folds up for storage . We are very happy with it.

It's better than using a ladder when painting since I am an older woman

Very easy to assemble and very sturdy. I will be able to repair my 10 and 12 foot plaster walls with this. Still feel a little wobbly on the top step and the locks for the wheels are hard to release. Otherwise it is perfect.

There was a key piece missing from the box. It holds the wheel in place. Otherwise it is great.

This is a great product, we love it. Well-made, well-designed, reasonable price. Only one issue: The item was shipped direct to us in the original carton. The mfgr's carton is too light-weight for the heavy weight of the product. Further, there is a LOT of "air" in the box, ie insufficient padding. The box was hugely damaged by the freight carrier, but the product itself only had a few scratches which don't really matter. However, four grommets which go in the steps were missing. They are CRITICAL for safety. It took months, multiple calls, and a great deal of time to get them replaced. We almost had to return the unit to Home Depot because four simple rubber grommets weighing a few ounces TOTAL and costing the mfgr about $1 TOTAL were missing. We should not have had to spend so many hours, endure multiple vendor non-receipts of our emails proving our purchase, and even after finally getting to a friendly human and explaining our problem, having to send proof a THIRD time. At some point, vendors need to cut their losses with exemplary service. Metaltech failed this test of reasonability. (The box says call mfgr for any issues.)
