I Drilled 2 holes and never made it through the second one. I was only drilling brick and didn’t even hit rebar. Definitely not up to the standards of quality I’ve come to expect from a Milwaukee product.

Supposed to be good for concrete with rebar
Bought two of these in case one fails. Good that I did buy two. My concrete has 6x6 steel wire mesh in it. My second hole I must have hit a rebar wire and it destroyed the bit.
I have used the second bit to drill 8 more holes without issue.

Disappointed
First 2 mx4 5/32 drill bits destroyed in minutes working in concrete with rebar.
At least in this size arent durable.
The 3rd mx 5/32 last longer to finish the job

7/8" bit but 29/32" Hole.
Installing my MaxJax in new concrete with Wej-it (toggler.com) Epoxy anchors, I drill 1 hole and discover the fitment is loose. I then measure the bit and find 2 tips measure 7/8", but the other 2 measure 29/32" (see pictures)
As I was on a time crunch, I ground-down the 2 tips that were way out of spec and finished the job, albeit slowly.
So, the bit CAN do the job, and I might have gotten a manufacturing defect unit, but it's a crappy thing to discover when you "have to get the job done now"

3/8" drill bit
I bought this to drill holes in 6x6 landscaping timbers. I anchored the bottom timber into the ground with 1/2" by 2 ft rebar

Broke during 1st drill.
Bit snapped after 1st usage. It would not drill in the concrete. HD did not have this size in different brand so I went to another store and purchased a Dewalt bit and it drilled the 16 holes within minutes. It might have been a fluke but after breaking this bit, losing $ 16.97 and a few hours of my time I would not recommend the Milwaukee drill bit.

This drill bit is a beast!
This is the biggest SDS Plus bit they sell in store and it is a beast. I had to drill a hole through 4” concrete and this bit ate through the concrete within 20 seconds

This bit ate right through my 10-day old concrete footings without breaking a sweat. Drilled 9 holes @ 5/8” diameter about 5.5” deep and each hole took maybe 10 seconds. Didn’t encounter rebar so I can’t speak to how well the bit cuts thru steel, but for concrete, it was great. I don’t have the need for drilling 5/8” holes in concrete often, but you can’t go wrong with this bit.

I don't know we drilled 2 holes and the bit was destroyed, not sure if it was the bit or the concrete we drilled into.

Awesome little bit to have when installing concrete anchors. Life of the bit is great and last a long time as long as you’re not overworking it or let an apprentice use it lol
