So far its a great cart, very stable and a nice smooth ride over some bumpy sidewalks. I love how much metal is used, especially on securing the wheels, lots of other carts use cheap plastic. It seems very strong, durable and well made. I've very pleased with it.

Great product
I’m disabled and have a difficult time lifting things as well as carrying things any kind of distance. This cart makes it very easy to do my laundry, go grocery shopping or take larger items to the trash. I also live in a building with many stairs and no elevators so the back wheels make bringing things home much less difficult. My only suggestion is that the front wheels be a bit bigger, or smaller versions of the front, so you can maneuver bumps more easily, without pushing on the bar in the back. But overall, fantastic product.

    Horrible wheels
This the worst shopping cart i ever purchased. I bought in March & it’s already broken. The wheels are awful. & it’s very small. You can even fit a case of water in it. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! You’ve been warned.

      The wheels are small
Wheels are too small and cannot be used outside on ruff terrain, only inside smooth floors. Unless there is a back for each step the stair climbing wheels get caught between each step. It took days for delivery and I bought another brand from a hardware store with the extra big wheels where You can push or pull heavy loads on uneven lawns and dirt driveways. The rear wheels are big enough to go up or down from step to step even without backing with heavy loads.

Heavy duty no doubt but twice with two different carts after only a few uses the wheel broke off. Except for that you'd have a cart to last years. Five stars to Home Depot for assisting me in a replacement.

Hard to do, only used it three times so far.
So far the cart has worked fine. Was concerned by on-line comments about the front wheels breaking off. Will just have to watch for that.

Exactly what I needed. The swivel wheels in the front and the stair climbing wheels in the back makes it perfect for my apartment living. It makes it easy to get things from my car to the elevator and then to the 3rd floor with ease.

        Not what I expected
I’m 5’5 and I find myself bending forward while pushing this cart.. it’ also has a short cage so I can’t put a lot inside.. also it weighs a lot.. I have an SUV , and constantly picking up this 20+ lb thing is a hassle .. it’s cute, but for my needs, not worth 70 bucks !

HEAVY with FLIMSY WHEELS! Not a good purchase!
I would NOT recommend this cart! This cart is very heavy even without anything in it. So I have to unload most of my groceries, etc. to get it up and down subway stairs. THIS IS MY FOURTH CART!!! The front wheels break very easily and every time it happens I call the company. They didn't have replacement wheels at the time so they sent me new carts every time. Now they have replacement wheels after so many complaints from buyers.

Front wheels really needs to look into.
Like everyone else’s grievances the front wheels are not well designed. It bends easily and finally broke after 2 months from purchased.

Rear triple wheelbase is too narrow, so cart tips.
I'm using as a shopping cart to cross streets, sidewalks, curbs, paths, board buses, etc. Problem is that the rear-wheel axle, welded on in two spots, is narrower than the front axle, so when you pull it sideways to shift course or turn, especially when loaded, the cart often starts to tip over sideways. Seems to require filing off the welds to remove the axle and find a replacement of a suitable size, with threaded ends, at a machine shop, etc. Looks good on paper; in use, not so simple.
