milwaukee is the best when it comes to battery powered tools

Does not charge this was my second one after returning the first one and it’s not my chargers I have three of them I barely use these batteries. but my 1.5 batteries never give me a problem

Two battery combo..one works great, second one would not charge..just gives me the alternating red/green sign of doom

Used with the 6 inch hatchet chain saw, cut tree branch's from 1 inch to 7 inch's the battery pack had power for the first use of the saw. did not run the battery dead on the first try of the saw, for what I did do the battery held up ok.

Milwaukee makes great products, that is way I have chosen them during the last 10 years or so. But this new powerful battery would not take a second charge, so I returned it.

Long lasting. Use for multiple tools for work and home for years (caulk gun, work light, vests, jackets etc). I only wish Milwaukee would make a lower profile battery for the heated vests and jackets. The bulk is uncomfortable especially in car bucket seats.

There is definitely something with these batteries. I had 2, then one started flashing while charging after about 2 weeks. Took it back to Home Depot and just thinking it was a bad one in the batch, I got another one. Bad choice on my part..This one is doing the same thing! I've been a loyal Milwaukee Tool Buyer for many years. I don't think ill be getting another. I've read the reviews, If you have M12, it seems the 4.0 and the High Output 5.0 batteries are the way to go. Better Reviews anyhow.

Customer service sucks I was forced to go threw the dispute process with my bank because who ever packed the box with my multiple orders did not include all my orders even though you could not show it was sent I did dispute and my bank agreed that I should be given a refund worst Treatment of a loyal customer

I am a contractor and I purchased several Milwaukee M12 tools to compliment my 18 volt tools. The tools themselves are great, in some cases better than my 18 volt stuff. Compact tools in tight areas are great. The batteries however leave something to be desired. I purchased six each 6ah m12 batteries for my tools. After the second or third charge or cycle, two of the batteries completely failed. THAT IS A 33% FAILURE RATE, not good! I recently purchased two 5ah m12 high output batteries and a couple of cycles in they seem ok. If one of them quits in the first few months I am saying goodbye to Milwaukee. Jeff
