Milwaukee pro press has made my job 100% more efficient and quicker.Home Depot should now supply all Pro press fittings for this machine.I know have to go to other plumbing stores for these supplies!

It worked perfectly! It is meant for more residential applications, I also discovered that it is compatible with the RLS Zoomlock clamps that are meant for rigid's compact press. Basically these other clamps allow you to use this tool on the refrigerant press fittings.. all in this is a great tool saves lots of time and I have recommended to other people!!!

I'm not a plumber. I am a very capable, very experienced do-it-yourselfer. I am also an electrical engineer and a licensed electrician. I own two apartment buildings (9 units) and have owned four different single-family homes over the last 35 years. Soldering copper fittings into existing copper piping gives me "cold sweats" (pun not intended) because of water that's never completely drained, which when heated, turns to steam which in turn causes pin holes. The Press Tool is essentially idiot-proof. I was able to get tight (no leak) copper connections in less than five seconds each, regardless of how much water was left in the several pipes I worked on to add a compressed air evacuation system to a lake house plumbing system that needs to be drained for the winter. I will never again have to call a plumber to replace a hot water heater or do other copper piping. The tool will pay for itself quickly. The ONLY downside to using press fit copper fittings and thus the Press Tool is the relatively high cost of the fittings. And, once a connection is pressed, it cannot be removed. The press fit connections are permanent.

This machine works great. I did not know that the 12 volt and 18 volt tools run different and incompatible jaws. The pin that slides through the jaws are two completely different sizes. The jaws for gas pipe fit the 18 volt tool and the jaws for copper and pex fit the 12 volt tool.

Tool is compact and light weight. It can reach pretty much any space. It creates nice and tight connections! I’ll be using it more than my torch, that’s for sure! Well worth the investment!

I haven't used it yet. But I have used the 18 volt model. I expect the same quality from all Milwaukee cordless tools . I've made a large investment, of changing, over all my tools to milwaukee fuel cordless .And so far they have been workhorses.

Awesome tools

This is great tool idea I've only used it twice and that's part of my buyers remorse I install hot water tanks I can't find dielectric unions in press so I to sweat copper anyway this tool does me no good if the materials aren't available it'll never pay for itself pressing a couple of elbows and I still have to flame everything to sweat unions so it's in the nice case it came in tucked away in my storage while make the payments on it

Amazing time saver

The price on any press tool is outrageous and it only pays for itself if you do a lot of plumbing work. The milwaukee tool is good for tight spaces and works as it should. The only problem was it was not delivered on the promised date, no big deal since the job I needed it for could be delayed.
