This thing is fantastic, but messy. Unfortunately it didn't totally solve our problem (tree roots) but even our plumber was jealous when he saw it. I advise clearing the area and laying a wet towel over it before using to help keep the mess down. If you've got kids constantly putting things down the drain they aren't supposed to, or pipes with some really hard to reach awkward angles, I highly recommend the air snake.

Works like a charm, what else can I say. It’s the best tool I have purchased.

54 year old house, two teenagers, and a combination of cast and pvc that was built for higher flow fixtures. This is probably overkill, but it sure makes unclogging drains efficient and certainly less messy. Is it a bit overpriced, I think it might be, but I was about to call a plumber since my 25’ snake could let get to it and I was deciding between renting a bigger unit, buying a larger snake, or trying this. I had clog cleared in <15 min. We’ll see how well it holds up over time.

Have used it 5 times with no problem. Just wish it would have a better seal to keep the water from splashing out.

The tool is simple to use and has multiple heads to cover multiple floor drains and a urinal and toilet attachment. The only major downside is that especially on urinals you will have major splash back. keep your mouth closed. Do NOT max the pump out. I made the mistake of doing this and I broke the machine. Under normal circumstances the tool works great this building however had not had the sewer reconnected after a construction project and thus the water had no where to go and broke the tool

I bought this with high hopes that it will pay for itself over time when I should’ve just called a plumber in the first place. Followed the instructions carefully by increasing the PSI by 5 each time when it didn’t work, went from 5 PSI all the way to 50 in 20 mins. 20 mins later, my “sink drainer” and “p trap rubber gaskets” we’re blown from all the pressure that the under part of my sink was leaking like crazy. Now I have to hire a plumber to fix a bigger job. Don’t waste your time and money!

This really works well. I have a lot of rental houses and this unblocks 60-70% of all my clogged drains! obviously does not work on roots. Don't have to disassemble the pipes. Just make sure to follow directions... if you don't you will wish you did!

I wish my kids clog the toilet more often with this tool.

As a lover of other Milwaukee tools I had high expectations. This product did not deliver and I had to return it.

Tried it on a tub drain and worked great, tried on a kitchen drain didn’t work as well

I purchased the tool In late February of 2023, it broke by June. Somehow it isn't covered under warranty per Milwaukee. Apparently the manufacture date is from 2017, and I purchased it in 2023. I was under the impression you are buying new tools when you purchase them from the Home Depot, not tools that are 6 years old. It should still be under warranty based on purchase date. Why buy Milwaukee when you can buy a cheaper product, and have them actually honor their warranty.

Great Product! But the Battery is weak...

Received the M12 Airsnake, although had to return as trigger was non-functional. Home Depot replaced it, no questions asked. Ran quick test, unit worked fine. Just had first clog, where a two-inch line meets the main trunk 20' from a bathroom sink downstream from kitchen and washer. Hooked up sink attachment, started at five psi, two shots, no dice, ratcheted up to ten psi, one shot, no dice, then fifteen, then twenty, no dice, on the sixth shot at twenty-five psi, bam, there it goes, cleared!

This Airsnake is a time saver.

I actually really like this tool. The only issue I have is that the aluminum tube is warping and is becoming harder and harder to put together and take a part.
