Great tool, big time saver and strong. I use at my facility maintenance position as well as auto mechanics at home. This ratchets been a game changer.

My ratchet is not working can i exchange for a new one at the store ?

Well built ratchet but very weak. I used it try loosen the small 10 mm bolts on the car. The ratchet doesn't have the torque for it.

Works well, great price. Only thing I’d want over this is a different switch for forward reverse

I loved it, I needed it for work. Has made my job easier, and faster. Hate using other peoples tools, some are not willing to let you use them.

New redesigned ratchet nailed it. Small head and increased speed huge improvement over the past models. Perfect size. As always, sets are a killer deal especially with the 2 Ah batteries.

Tool delivered with no battery. Contact Home Depot CS and they tell me, and I kid you not… to send back the tool and then they’ll send the tool and battery. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

this thing is fast, saves time and wear on my hands from wrenching all day, highly recommend!
