Does not fit the newer impacts, seems just as well made as the prior made units but has definitely not been updated.

The boot fit perfectly once installed but did take some effort to get it over the ratchet. I recommend a tiny bit of lube. This item is a must to protect the ratcheting mechanism from dust and debris. That being said, it really should be included with the ratchet. Protect your investment!

It was a little hard to get on, but I feel like it was worth the money to protect my investment! Highly recommended!!

Unfortunately like many others this boot was way too big for my tool. I don't know if there was some mislabeling going on that maybe this boot was supposed to be for the 1/2" rachet. So I need to return this item. The quality of the boot seems good. Just wrong size. The labeling on the packaging is correct.

This is almost impossible to get on the wrench. The body is super tight, while the head is way too loose— like 1/8” of space all around the tool .

200 bucks for my 3/8 drive and then 30 more for a condom to protect it? Why don't the high end top dollar fuels just come with boots??

You sent wrong one!!! The one you sent is for a half inch ratchet!!!!! I’d send it back, but we dumped the trash an I’m not digging through it!!!
