Made short work out of cutting some I-beam

We use this for cutting dock poles. It chomps through metal pipes no problem. Like another reviewer said, buy extra blades.

I never received the grinder. I called Home Depot customer support three separate Times totaling more than an hour on the phone with no explanation of why it didn’t ship after receiving an email saying the order has been completed. The solution was to buy another one which I told that representative I would not do. I am so disgusted with the service from Home Depot regarding this transaction, I was told there would be compensation at this second phone call and during the third phone call the woman was very rude and told me I had no option other than to buy another tool or wait for the refund they would get from shipping before I would receive it, that was eight weeks ago

Works great. As an electrician I use it for cutting conduit and Uni-Strut. It doesn’t weigh much but it can cut almost anything easily. Having the ability to use the M18 batteries is a plus too.

I ordered the bandsaw and the “free tool” that came with it somewhere along the line my bandsaw was lost and only the free tool was delivered and i was told to have my bank do a dispute on the matter. What great help costumer service was

The products are reliable as ever. Home Depot service from the delivery to customer returns just poor which isn’t typical. The product was delivered on my front porch with the Milwaukee products displayed just asking to stolen. Wanted to change by payment from my personal card to my business card. But they wanted me to send the product back and ship me a new product why. I bought it online cause it was cheaper and I needed it ASAP don't have time to be sending products back and waiting for the new ones. Just charge the new card and refund the old card that simple always been able to do it that way.

I was disappointed with the M12 bandsaw (not fuel version). This however is a completely different animal. I was blushing after it cut a 1" steel bar stock with ease. Don't waste your time with non-fuel Milwaukee.

I like the way this band saw works is awesome. The hacksaw make it easy to cut on tight spaces.
