This is the perfect shade of gold for my accent wall in my bedroom. It exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

Used this paint on my home theater ceiling. 2 coats. The second was just partial to remove any roller tracks. But my painter evened them out. The paint looks fantastic & makes the room “pop” . Just takes proper surface prep. The ceiling was textured & primed. I definitely recommend this paint!! In my photos the air vents are not in but will be painted bronze to match.

Order a 1 gallon online painted one wall and it is not the right color, called the store and since I bought it online had to called them .The color is more oyster color are golden which I don't like neither would help me so I just can say I lost 100. Dollar Poor Service from store and online.They said it comes from vendor, we don't know what to do.

Used on an old dresser, 1940's or so. Main portions of the dresser painted white, and corners and edges accented with gold satin based metallic paint. Went on smooth and evenly. Very easy to work with.

I used pale gold for my skylight and the color is absolutely beautiful. There is nothing pale about this color. It is rich gold. The sun and the paint it gives my kitchen a beautiful glow during the day and at night it is sheer elegant.

My accent wall is finished. I am a perfectionist so I was really paying attention to details. Metallic paint is not forgiving, so vey blemish in the wall it self show. I am very satisfied with the finish results, and have already received compliments on it.

The paint is awesome. It is very light colored once dried, so you will need to apply a few coats. Suggest to use this paint over a similar matte color. Water based so cleans up nicely if need be. Plus a little goes a long way. I advise to apply a thin/light coat a allow to fully dry each time. This will have a more even and smoother result in the end.

This pale gold paint is excellent. I painted two old frames that had been sitting in my storage for years. Awesome results! Need to buy more.

I purchased it to paint a gold picture frame over, my house colors changed and rather than re-frame the large picture why not just paint it .. Turned out great . It needed 3 coats of paint to cover

Yes BEAUTIFUL translucent sheen BUT even with professional painters following every step and doing the base prep this is NOT an easy paint. Why? You cannot cut in at the corners or edges first with a brush or small roller even working quickly and keeping a wet edge- flashing is VERY noticeable. A spray technique is best!! even just using a home pressure pump microlized sprayer. ,using a roller leaves slight orange peel skin,, which is nice and even but it softens the sheen so that then this warm pearl white is only noticeable in certain lights, hand brushing does heightens the subtle metallic look more but Leaves fine brush lines. Only if you start from top in one long brush stroke with little overlap, needs two people to work one following the other result looks like fine wallpaper. It's gorgeous, the Pearl White luminescence casts looks brighter white in the can on the wall it's a pale pale gold look I tested it first and LOVED it . I just wish everyone found it easier to work with. I think using those red plastic flat paint pads to drag over the wall while wet to smooth/glaze the walls might be the answer. I don't know. We did 3 coats on a bright white undercoat, (zinzer 123 type) no sanding in between works best. Better for Accent walls rather than adjacent walls/ceilings or you get roller overlap where the walls meet or at the ceiling. We just finished the job and it does look good, can't fuss over the slight overlap imperfections. Be aware it cannot be touched up after its dry The touched up areas will flash. You have to repaint. Dries beautifully. Seems resistant. Delivery was great, gallon cans well secured with clips and home depot was fast.!

The quality of the metalic paint is very good. If you use thw correct primer the end product is really good.

Excellent product, we use it in many of our products that we actually sell with The Home Depot online too, although for an unknown reason Modern Masters discontinued it, the impact will be huge for us all that use this Antique Copper Metallic paint.

It takes a few coats to be consistent, but the end result is amazing. This is my 4th paint from this line and all have lived up to my expectation.

My accent wall turned out beautiful. I chose the champagne metallic and it really brings glam to my living space. I will say that metallic paints show all imperfections in your wall, so be mindful of that. I actually love the imperfections it gives the wall character.

I ordered this specific product because the description indicates it is interior/exterior paint and I wanted to be able to use it outdoors. However, the product I received, which has the same code ME23832, is marked INTERIOR on its label. I am keeping the paint because customer service hold times are so long right now that it's not worth the trouble to return. I will use it for other projects, but to use it for our external door as planned, I will need to overcoat with UV protective coating, according to product instructions. The product did not meet my expectations or the description online.

I redid a large mirror that was over 20 years old. I LOVED THE MIRROR but the gold was aged, SPOTS had worn off and it was time for a change! I took a leap of faith and went to silver. This paint was recommended on a DIY site. So So Pleased! I did use a it a bit of a black eggshell paint to soften it. Very easy to apply.one coat covering,second coat only to catch missed spots Still had some left.

This is not pale gold by any stretch of the imagination. It is dark. I painted a small area of my home with it - an entry hall and adjoining accent wall in my dining area. The entry hall looks like copper. It's not a bad color, just not at all what I wanted. The accent wall looks like medium-dark gold, and I can live with that, but the entry hall needs to be redone in something else entirely. I know that lighting has an effect on how paint looks, but this is not even close. I imagined my wall would have a pale golden luster. I was very disappointed. If you're going to use this paint, make sure you follow tips online for metallic paint - it's harder to work with than regular paint.

We installed the Armstrong "tin-look" Styrofoam ceiling tiles several years ago and left them white. A couple of weeks ago, we decided to replace a few of them and on a lark, decided to paint the ceiling. Why didn't we do this years ago?? The outcome was amazing with this paint!! I didn't want traditional silver and I didn't want gold. I was afraid copper would be too dark, so went with warm silver. Our room has no natural light, so upon first starting project, I admit, it looked more goldish and dark. Glad we decided to forge ahead and finish because the final result was great. The light seems to "bounce off" and reflect down, off of the metallic ceiling and just gives the room a warm feeling. The warm silver is more of a "champagne" color...its not a true silver. I went to Modern Masters website and compared colors to get a more accurate idea of what I was getting and I highly recommend doing that. The paint went on beautifully and clean up was a snap. This is a very good quality paint and we couldn't be more pleased!

This is an amazing product. I did a 2 coat of the recommended primer, ironically I did the correct primer without reading the instructions 1st. This paint had excellent coverage (2 coats is it, no need for touch up) & a nice metallic Sheen I'm super happy with the look in my tiny bathroom.

Turned out gorgeous- the coverage was more than I expected, and two coats was sufficient to make it even and sparkling. I've already gotten compliments about it, and I like the room I painted MUCH more now. I did a patterned wall with two other shades of Satin Metallic Interior/Exterior Paint, and I love how it turned out. This was the base color.

Have used it before. Its a door and casing color for some European wax centers my client owns. Its a nice shimmery look. I brush and roll it, work fast because it drys fast. Roll one side of casing and immediately slide brush around casing and its already becoming dry. If you roll whole casing then dry brush it might be to dry. 36 yrs exp.at professional painting. They sell an extender to slow dry, so if doing a 7x7 bath ceiling it will be too dry to backroll(required) without extender. And Im fast. Wears well , drawback is its $80+ per gallon and about $36 a qt. Price of automotive paint. Produces a look people notice, its worth the difficulty.

This is an interior paint. If used outdoors, apply an enamel clear topcoat. The color looks like a new copper penny.

This turned out to be a semi-opaque which means multiple coats of paint. I was expecting the opaque version since it did not mention it. Once multiple coats are applied it's the closest to a gold leaf that I have found in 15 years of business.

The quality of the paint is excellent. I ordered two gallons thinking I would need extra to allow for a second coat. However, it went on and covered exceptionally well. The only drawback was the color itself; listed as a shimmering silver - it looks more beige/gold. Although not what I was originally going for, I decided to try it as it could very well be a 'happy accident'. As it turns out - it looks lovely. But beware! The color charts on line are not true depictions of the color. If you have absolutely no flexibility, I suggest purchasing a sample size prior to use to be sure.

We used this on the ceiling of our skoolie. It only took two coats and we still have about half a gallon left. We used paint conditioner with it, as suggested on the can. We haven't had much sun since painting, but i can still see my reflection on the paint. I would definitely use this kind of paint again. A competitor has a metallic paint the same color. If you see it, their paint says to use four coats. So to me, I'm glad we went ahead and spent the money on this. Well worth it, in my opinion.

I like the paint, but the color is closer to gold than silver when painted on. It looks ok, but I was wanting a more silver color, so beware if you're thinking u want silver color, just go with the silver instead of warm silver. Good paint. Needed to use a couple coats for a more solid opaque look.
