The directions for this item are minimal (a diagram of the cart “exploded”) but sufficient. No tools are included; YOU WILL NEED A DRILL. The hardware is metric and require #10 sockets for the (smaller) bolts/nuts which are used for the body and #12 & #13 sockets for the wheels (a #12 socket for the wheel bolts and a #13 socket for the nuts). When assembling, you cannot “finger tight” any of the nuts. They twist down only a little bit before coming to a stop and then you’ll need tools. Pay attention when assembling so you attach the handle at the same time you are attaching the top shelf to the uprights. Also make sure that you put the wheels that swivel on the opposite end from the handle. There are no extra washers, nuts or bolts so keep track carefully. Not all of the pieces will fit completely flush but in my opinion, they don’t flare out enough to matter. When I first started putting this together using only a nut driver and a pair of slip grip pliers, it took 2 hours to assemble the body of the cart. Using a drill and socket to attach the wheels took less than 10 minutes. The trays are 15.5” wide, 29.25” long and 3.5” deep. It is 22” from the floor of the bottom tray to the bottom of the top tray. The entire cart is 30.5” tall. The specs on this site state the cart accommodates 220 lbs. I’ve loaded it with 180 lbs. and it held up just fine and rolled smoothly. As you can see from the photos supplied by the manufacturer, the heads of the bolts are exposed on the floor of the trays; I plan on covering them with some rubber matting. Not everyone can afford the high-priced carts and sometimes they're overkill for the more moderate jobs in which case this is a realistic alternative.

Cart is as described. Only CON, you need to be careful it is a little tipsy.

A little flimsy could use all wheels that turn. I would like you to send two extra wheels that turn. But asking for them would be like asking for a diamond ring

Its a very light gage of steel. Know what you need it for before you buy this one. It does suit my purposes perfectly, though!

Its a nice little cart for what I'm using it for, putting parts and tools on it to run up to the job, saves trips to the truck. Also fits in my small van nicely. Good for the price.

It is pretty nice for the price and is less expensive than the like cart from Harbor Freight.

This is a great light to medium duty cart. Easy to assemble. Alot more robust than I expected. We are actually using it to support an industrial bagging machine at a trade show.

Cart is junk, you get what you pay for. Bad hardware; thin washers, they only provide 1 washer per hole, which there should be 2, as the head of the bolt or nut hardly sits over the hole. The trays came bent due to the way the shipment is packed, and no matter how well you put it together, it looks lop-sided. Paint finish is inconsistent, has a lots of drips and bubbling. I don't expect to it put this through any heavy use, just using it as a temporary organizer. More annoyed over the amount of time it took to put it together, only to have it look the way it does.

This is a great tool cart. I do a lot of jobs where I need a lot of small tools at the site. This is the perfect solution.It is easy to assemble. Sturdy, and a good product for the money.Would recommend highly.

Very sturdy, spacious and well constructed. This steel industrial service cart will be very useful and not just in the workroom or garage. I plan to use it several places around my home. This multi-purpose cart will be very helpful to transport food to and from the grill for backyard barbeques. It is nice enough to use as a bar cart in the yard when entertaining especially since the industrial look is so popular right now. I can use it for projects in the yard or garage or even in the basement when working on home projects. When it isn't being used, I can keep things stored on it too.
