Awesome wagon. I use it for grandkids sporting events. Sets up in seconds. Even one person can set it up. My only issue is that on one of the arms the pop up button and the matching hole do not exactly line up.

Had it for 2 days... review so far = AWESOME! The photo doesn't do it justice making it look smaller than the average folding wagons out there. I was afraid it would be too small but Home Depot's pricing and service couldn't be beat so I ordered it. It is huge! The measurements inside the striped canvas are 30"l x 18"w x 12" d. Which is plentiful and holds my twins who are taller than average, 6 years old, and 49 lb. each sitting "criss cross applesauce". Super roomy for just one 6 year old sitting up. Yes, the manual says that you can put your kids in it, however, the side rails are fiberglass (for folding) so any major pushing and leaning would probably bend or break them permanently. Kids would have to sit with their backs against the orange frame and go easy on the side rails. There are ply wood boards zipped into the cover that lay across the orange frame to provide a flat surface. GROUND CLEARANCE is killer at 9" (more than my Subaru Outback). Curbs and steps don't scrape the metal frame. Fabulous! Installation was a breeze. It's intuitive which is good because the manual is 80% useless and poorly translated in a comical sort of way. Tires: need air to 30 psi. The valve stems weren't that easy to reach with my basic bike tire pump since the tires came under-inflated. Once air was in them they popped up nicely for future pumping. Features/Accessories: TURNS STEADILY ON A DIME, holds 200 lbs., easy to fold/unfold, big pockets on all four sides, Velcro strap for holding wagon handle up when in use, my kids can pull it. *Side note: I am going to try turning the front wheels perpendicular to the back wheels when stopped on a slope and then Velcro the handle in the that position. I'm hoping it will provide sort of a brake to keep it from rolling. If that doesn't work then I'll just take along a door-stopper and leave it in one of the big side pockets. Cons: 1. You get stopped by everyone asking questions because they think it is amazing. One of my kids pulling it got to the point of replying in an irritated tone "Everybody says that!" and would keep walking. 2. The foam comfort handle will give sooner rather than later especially if you have a kid who likes to dig his fingernails into foam like one of mine (happened to my treadmill too :) 3. The tires have an incredibly offensive chemical smell. I'm assuming it will dissipate but in the mean time I'm keeping my minivan windows down when we go to parks and storing it on the back porch for at least week when not in use (smells up garage big time). On another review on another site woman said smell went away within a week. Attached Photos: please note that the factory protective tape has not been removed by me yet. Where you see ugly gray/white on frame in front/back views is actually sparkly shining chrome looking metal underneath. Hope this helps.

Haven’t used it yet.will be used for college move-in. Difficult to put together for the college student.

The first cart we ordered, the wheels did not fit, the whole where you lock the tire in place was stripped so the screw would not even screw in. We returned it and shame on us for ordering another, we should have known better. This time it came without ANY Hardware. What a joke! So we will be returning it yet again. Nice job Home Depot and Sanduski. TERRIBLE product and terrible service

It's hard to maneuver but it does the job.

Better than I expected

This product is great if you plan to never close up the utility cart up EVER, otherwise the design mechanism is fine. It is pretty sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, easy to install, looks like it would hold a lot of pretty much anything. But once installed, it does take up a lot of space, so please take that into consideration should you have small living quarters. Thank you.

The wagon is difficult to fold and assemble when you need it. And the wheels stick out. Making it difficult for elevators. Other than that it works well. But it is very inconvenient to use in several ways. I stopped putting the sticks together they have you do each time for the sides too hard.

It was very easy to assemble. All of the parts were there along with the tools necessary. It works great to move my pots from one part of my yard to another and folds up in my utility shed when I am done.

We ordered this wagon to take to the beach. The tires made it easy to pull however it did pull hard in the loose sand. Overall the product was great and will definitely use it again. I would recommend it.

Today I used it second time, after half hour pulling my 3 years old grandson, rear wheel fallen of. Im lucky it did not happened on the beach. I would never find the screw.Another think went wrong with liner. It starts to tear. Fabric is thin and is wrapping off.

I had to order the cart just to look at it. Home Depot did not have it in store. It arrived on time as promised. Good quality cart. It did not work for my needs though. I returned it the day I received it.

I got this wagon to put my elderly basset hound in and she loves it. I had purchased a garden cart prior to this one but it just didn't foot the bill. This cart has a very sturdy frame underneath which makes my girl feel safe and secure, the sides are high enough to keep her in and still be able to look around. The big rubber tires are so much better than those hard plastic ones--they have no give, you feel every bump in the road. Also, the design of the front wheels with the handle is SO MUCH EASIER to steer and take corners with, no tipping over with this wagon! And it's collapsible too, so pleased with our wagon. I do think that a clearer instruction sheet would help people though, I had no problems but I have a lot of experience with contraptions.

This cart is fantastic. Easy to pull, pack and store. Perfect for the beach, yard sailing, pulling the kiddos and it is super stylish. Love it and so happy we didn’t have to go with a boring color. Many compliments. Highly recommended

Received without the handle, returned it to local store and had to buy a different unit because we didn't have time to wait on a replacement.

this cart is huge, just right for hauling a lot of stuff to the beach, it really is the Cadillac of carts in this price range, it also collapses to suit case size carry bundle, can also be used for groceries, and moving in and out of hotels and timeshare units, be sure to pack it last (next to the cooler) so you can use it right away at destination, takes about 4 minutes to unfold and put to use, we will be taking it to Florida beaches this December 2017.

Love the cart. Sturdy and rolls without drag. But a big pain to assemble. No real instructions for assembly and wrong hardware came with it. Two trips to find substitute hardware just to attach wheels. Too hard to fold and unfold. I will just leave it unfolded and ready to roll.

Easy to assemble, was prepared for stinky tires after reading reviews. Great wagon, we gets lots of compliments. Fits my 4 and 6 year old kids and pulls/steers easily.

Over all it is sturdy, but I haven't been able to use it yet, when they shipped it the company that delivered it broke open the box and lost parts, so needless to say I can not give a rightful oppion of this product, The delivery company should replace the parts lost, because they destroyed the packaging the company put it in.

I bought this cart to replace one of those cheap accordian style carts (which I broke when attempting to use it on a washtub full of ice). The back wheels on the accordian style cart buckled in a heartbeat. Since we have gotten this one in, we have been placing 3 times the weight on it and it works like a champ. I recommend spending an extra 20.00 and get something that will last. I am curious to see if the plastic wheel hubs will hold up in the long run. For now, it's great.

The cart was exactly what I was looking for however, the off-gassing of the rubber tires was overwhelming & it will take some time before that issue resolves itself.

The product is great, but the box came pretty broken up. Cardboard was cheap. The parts were not in the bag and it was a miracle that they did not fall out. The manual could use some updating from someone who had a better command of English.

I found this wagon difficult to put together. Very stiff had to get help straightening it out. Actually damaged the finish a bit trying to get center part to move. Plus 2 little covers for the air Intake were missing. Once set up its great and as long as you don't plan on folding it up to take with you, you will be happy. I would recommend depending on use application. c

Very sturdy and pleasing to the eye. However, much too heavy to be used as a portable wagon. I needed a wagon to take to my grandsons baseball games.

Great design. If you are keeping this (way, way) outside, then I can recommend it. But the odor from the tires is overwhelming; I wanted to keep this in the back of my hatchback car. Too bad.
