Had a knob break on the Rogue 525. Emailed the warranty team and within 24 hours, i have a box of knobs to replace every knob on the BBQ. So great service and way above and beyond by sending extra knobs! Thanks!

Great detail work love it

The four main screws attaching side support panel to the base board were too short. I bought my own screws; but not rust proof. The bottom structure feel flimsy.

We bought this a month ago and WOW! The quality is unbelievable, cooks everything evenly and the infrared burner for steak is amazing! Restaurant quality steak no doubt!

I bought this grill last April 9, 2019 and finished assembling last night and found this gap between the firebox and the lid not good. I have this same gap from my old BBQ which I think the cause of the uneven heat on the grill specially when grilling in a windy afternoon. I am planning to return this unit and replace it with LEX 485 with rotisserie.

I bought this BBQ last fall and love it. First off, the lower burner covers overlap each other and prevent flare-up flame from grease dripping. Secondly, the side burner is fantastic. It radiates a high heat which is great for searing the outside of steak without overcooking the middle. Solid construction. Highly recommend.

Looks good. I like the light up knobs. Hoping it will last for a long time.

We bought this in Sept 2018, it was so easy to assemble, much to my amazement, as I have had trouble with other BBQs over the years. There was a small bent piece that I was able to straighten wihthout much trouble, other than that it fit together well. Have had a couple of BBQs on it already and the system of burners and heat reflectors work very well

BBQ has all the features I was looking for and it was simple to assemble. Just hope it lasts a long time.

I had a Charbroil Commercial Series from 2004 that worked great until it caught fire last month. I was looking for a new grill and always lusted over the higher end brands, but didn't think I should spend the extra money. I started looking at Charbroil and found out they no longer made their Commercial Series grills. I looked at the reviews for the standard Charbroil models and saw there were constant complaints about them rusting out after just 2-3 years. I wasn't going to spend $700-800 on something which would only last a few years. I looked at Napoleon and realized they were a Canadian company which was a huge plus and they had this amazing 10 year warranty. I purchased the Rogue 525ISB at my local Home Depot and took it home to assemble. Assemble took about two hours and things were pretty easy except one point where you do need help to put two pieces together. I fired up the grill and the first thing I cooked was perfect. One thing I noticed was the grill doesn't cook as quickly as my previous grills, but the temperate is always even throughout the grilling surface, so I no longer have to worry about hot and cold spots when cooking. I've cooked steaks, ribs, and chicken. Once I learned I needed to let things cook a few minutes longer, things were perfect. The stainless steel grates are perfect for keeping things clean. The infrared side burner did a great job searing up some venison tenderloin and backstraps. I can't wait to cook some fish this weekend and grill up some bacon.

I've been looking for a propane BBQ all summer, with a good combination of brand, features and price. Given that it's getting darker earlier, I especially like the light-up knobs to that I can see what temperature the BBQ is set to.

I like the light features on the dials and how fast it heats up.

I've bought this bbq recently and it looks sturdy, well built, and has good quality. I made some meals with it that were very good. However, it has very hot and not hot spots and heat is not even. I bought this expensive bbq based on other reviews that said: good quality and even heat. It has good quality but not even heat in my case. I am not sure if mine has any problems. I leveled the bbq when put it on the ground. It came in pre-assembled.

Bought about a month ago, best BBQ I've ever had. Cooking steaks is amazing, high and even Temps everywhere :)

Even heat. Cooks perfectly. Very large cooking surface. Easy start. The only thing I dont like is the grease doesnt seem to go into the grease trap. After 2 months of constant use the little trap was only half full and I had to remove all grates and reflectors and wash in sink and wipe a ton if grease under that.

I purchased this just over a week ago and it is my first Napoleon bbq. Though it is a sizable investment, I am tremendously pleased so far. It cooks beautifully and is awesome for smoking. I've grilled salmon, beef, chicken, lamb, ribs and vegetables - all have turned out perfectly! I've also purchased the smoking tube (great-must have!!) and the charcoal/wood chip cast iron tray (haven't tried). I should have made the investment years ago! Hands down the best grill that I have ever owned!!

Though it was a sizable investment, I am tremendously pleased so far. Everything about it is great - I have grilled just about every kind of meat along with vegetables and all have come out perfectly. It is a joy to use. I have also purchased the smoking tube (works great-a must have!!) and the charcoal/wood chip cast iron tray (will be trying this week). Now that I have given it a thorough testing, I realize that I should have made the investment years ago. Hands down the best grill that I have ever owned!! (PS: My son loves the light up knobs)

First barbecue we had boneless chicken breasts they did not stick to the stainless steel grill and easy clean up afterwards. Highly recommend this product!

Great price so I went for it, and I do not regret it. Heats up very fast and easy to clean up. Highly recommend. My old BBQ we had for over 10 years, this one has a 15 year warranty so I think I did good.

It's been our first summer with this product now, and using my Napoleon grill, I love it. Everything grills up great on it quickly and to perfection, including steaks, poultry, seafood and veggies. I use it several times a week, rain or shine. The side burner is a huge bonus. You can see the quality built into it. I see no wearing or thinning of the grates or burners like on past lessor value grills we have owned. The chassis is strong and durable. I highly recommend a Napoleon grill to anyone considering a grill for their patio. Napoleon's products have surely impressed me.

Just bought the BBQ a few weeks ago, the best BBQ I have ever owned, I have always wanted a Napoleon, and now I have one. Great price so I went for the larger model, and I doin not regret it. heats up very fast and easy to clean up. Small problem with the build, technical support was fantastic. Highly recommend.
