Make sure you use some teflon tape when installing so it doesn't leak. It works great and as it should. Every so often I have to remove it from my bathroom faucet to clean the mesh because I have hard water with a lot of sediment. I plan on buying a replacement soon so I definitely recommend giving it a try.

After years of the low flow 'water-saving' faucet aerators, which, by the way, don't save any water because it takes twice as long to rinse off dishes, hands, etc. wastng time. This aerator lets the water flow at full pressure, which is what was needed.

A little expensive but works great. Screw off the old and screw on the new. Aerates the water perfectly. All the internal parts are included within.
